I've been here twice and both times what I've appreciated most is the efficiency of the experience. I show the stylist a picture of what I'm looking for, my hair is washed thoroughly, and then there's about 30 minutes of styling. All in all, I'm usually done in 45 minutes or less and my hair looks gorgeous. The cost of the blowout is $60 (plus tip) so it's a little luxury but it's not too wild (and still wayyy cheaper than DryBar). Will be making this my go to spot for those special occasion blowouts!

I've came to this location multiple times due to scheduling/availability. And this one fall short for various reasons but truthfully, they need to figure out their front of house/manager situation. The very few times I've came, each time gets worse and worse. They only have about two or three stylists on the floor hence why their scheduling is so horrible. This last time I think every single minor thing that had happened to me in other visits, all happened at the same time for this one. When I book online, I make sure to put in the notes my hair type and also check off any type of add-ons for what I will be needing that day (assuming that they would accommodate or give me a call if they can't). Since I do have textured hair, I understand sometimes the 45 minute appointment might need some more time and if I do an add-on. I expressed in my notes what I need and sometimes they'll do what I ask sometimes they won't. This time around, as soon as I saw the stylist that was gonna work on me I already knew there was gonna be an issue. As soon as she touches my hair and plays with it for five seconds, she then tells the front desk/MOD that it's gonna take her more than 45 minutes in sort of an irritable attitude. Again, I put that in my booking notes in order for this to NOT HAPPEN. MOD then is playing around with her scheduling books and tells her to leave. The other stylist that I got paired with was still able to do my hair, but there was sort of some tension due to the fact that the risk switching around and the MOD didn't delegate much clearly to the girls. It also put me in an awkward position because it's not necessarily my fault, but I did feel like MOD was not doing anything in order to alleviate the situation, apologize to me, taking any accountability or even bothered to put my add-on included in my tab, which I had to express multiple times in order to get it. I can see why people have expressed this location, canceling their appointments last minute, trying to stack multiple clients in one day amongst three girls, and are not client focused whatsoever, just profit. It's very disappointing and I really hope something changes at this location.

I wasn't surprised by that comment, I knew Tiffany was in a league of her own. When I was browsing for a hairdresser to do extensions for me for the first time, I came across her instagram page and I was drawn to her work ethic and the pride she takes in her craft and her clients hair looks amazing. I see a lot of hair pages on insta and they just don't come close to the vibe that Tiffany offers. Not everyone is going to have an eye for that level of detail, and it's one of those things where you don't know what you don't know, someone's hair can look amazing you think it's them not trying but it's because that person goes to a high quality stylist like Tiffany. Every time she does my hair I'm blown away by how well she's able to blend everything because I also don't have the easiest hair to work with, it's coarse and I use keratin and my hair is damaged but she knows exactly how to make it look immaculate. I just love her.

It's a large space with plenty of room for 2 clients at once or in my case, a stroller with a fussy toddler. But what kept me around for now 3 years is the amazing quality of experience and Bre. She is amazing , diligent, loves what she does and always gives me the much needed break from life for an hour with my blowout. I always leave happy and my hair always looks amazing. I also began getting my extension done here and Bre is the best with placement and knows how to install so I get the fullness I want and my natural thin hair doesn't reveal my weft/tapes.
