Alec, the service and location Manager/Director is the best. He is honest and always comes up with the best and most reasonable repair solutions for my Bimmers. Recently my 2009 X5 finally gave up on me with about 260k miles. He even offered to help me find another X5. Now, that is not your typical repair place! They go over and beyond the normal expectations, even for a hard to please client like me. I finally found a replacement x5 but diesel version and I will trust no one but them to service this replacement vehicle. If you drive an Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, VW, Ferrari or any other European car, this is the only place you should be taking your car for repair, maintenance or service. They are the best! I stand by these guys! The owner is also a beast when it comes to repairs. He has no problem rolling his sleeves up to jump in and help when the guys get slammed! I witnessed this when both of my headlight assemblies needed to be replaced due to faulty wiring (vehicle age related) which included bumper removal. The guys were slammed and the owner rolled his sleeves up to handled the job! I got my car back the next day versus having to wait a week! Now that is making sure your clients are treated as a priority!!

They offer the option to pay via Zelle which is a big deal when dealing with big bills. And they offer free soda and coffee. My only note is to be wary of having an attitude. As a customer, it is not my problem if you fail to deliver on a promise. You either got the job done in a timely manner or you didn't. In my case, a "three hour job" took one and a half work days due to internal issues. I was then met with an attitude when I myself had an attitude at the wait. Just a friendly reminder that business is business is business. Trust me, I have been in your shoes and it's not fun to deal with grumpy people but it is smart to always be professional. Overall great experience and I would recommend anyone to check them out. Especially @ women who might normally get scammed at the mechanic.

I hardly know where to begin, except to say this: whether in Chicago, Battle Creek, Michigan,…read moreCleveland Heights, Ohio, or the Atlanta area, no car repair service compares to the exceptional care I received for my 2015 Audi Q5 at The Bug Shop (553 Northside Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30310 -- phone: (678) 515-8165). As many Audi owners know, oil leaks are almost a rite of passage--and my car was no exception. I kept quarts of oil in the trunk because the oil light seemed to live on. About a month ago, the car went into limp mode and barely made it home. I took it to a recommended shop, and while I appreciated the effort and honesty, I was told the car might not be worth a major investment. At 79, with no car note and no desire for one, I chose a different path. I had the car transferred to The Bug Shop, where David, the owner, confirmed the hard news--the engine was gone. Not what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to hear. I followed his recommendation for sourcing a reputable engine, purchased it, and had it shipped directly to the shop. Yesterday, I drove a car that feels tighter and runs better than it ever has. It drove so beautifully I felt like I could head straight across the country to the West Coast! I don't write reviews often, but I wrote this one before I even had my morning coffee. I am forever grateful to David and the entire team at The Bug Shop. R. Eaton

Upon arrival, the mechanic acknowledged my electronic parking brake and assured me that he possessed the necessary equipment to complete the work. Following the replacement of the brake pads, I discovered that my electronic parking brake was malfunctioning, and my brake pedals were ineffective in stopping my vehicle. I contacted Instant Car Fix, and the representative successfully reached out to the technician responsible for the work. Rashad informed me that the technician would return on the morning of November 10, 2025, to inspect his work and rectify any issues. However, on the following day, the technician failed to appear. A replacement technician was dispatched at 2:30 PM, and the new technician arrived at 5:30 PM. Upon inspection, they identified that the rear driver caliper had been severely damaged and was now inoperable. The technician described the damage as "hammer-like." The new technician informed me that I would need to replace the entire caliper and bleed the brake system. Consequently, due to the unqualified technician who was initially dispatched, my vehicle was inoperable, and I have had to pay out of pocket for damage I did not cause. I contracted a mechanic of my choosing to repair all the damage, and upon completion of the service, I was informed that the brake pads were installed incorrectly, and my brake sensors were left hanging freely. The mechanic who caused the various damage signed the acknowledgment and satisfaction form for me without my knowledge. I was informed by a supervisor that the mechanic was supposed to review the services completed and have me sign before the job can be marked as completed. If you have an issue for whatever reason, don't expect to get a timely response if you get a response at all.
