But there customer service is NO GOOD the cashier was rude in the middle of our order she stopped paying attention to us and when we continued with the order when she brought her attention back to us she was rude and upset that we called her out on not paying attention to our order. Well we continue with the order she then repeated it back and I couldn't hear her ask I asked her to repeat it again. the girls here are extremely rude and unprofessional. me and my friend came in and asked what kind of granola they used ( my friend asked nicely because she has a nut allergy ) the girl with purple hair then responded with "I don't know" "regular granola" with an ugly face. I've been to this business multiple times sometimes I get the bowl split which is $1.50 to do so but understandably, however it appears that depending on the staff working you will either get an açai bowl or a fruit bowl. When I asked the staff about todays bowls I was brushed off. My previous experiences have been good but today was very disappointing for $12.95 plus $1.50 split charge . I've been coming here for about ten years, since college, and always liked that you can get the açaí sweetened. Unfortunately, today's experience was really disappointing. I had an issue with one of my cards (which I wasn't aware of), so I had to go back to my car to get another one. The man in glasses who was helping me was very rude and visibly annoyed. His demeanor was unwelcoming and unprofessional, even as I was ordering. I drive 40 minutes to come here just for the açaí bowls, but after today, I probably won't be back. I love juju bar! Best acai ever. Legit. Real. Its sooo worth, the price and the portion is chef's kiss. So yummy. The fruits are so sweet and fresh. My favorite bowl here is the tiger bowl! Its so delicious, I try to get it at least once a week. The smoothies here are also pretty good. They also have yogurt bowls here for people who prefer yogurt over acai. I never tried it but I heard its good, I hope to try it soon. This place is usually super busy. You might have to wait a few minutes after ordering or you might have to wait in line to order. It was my first time coming to this juice bar and I would say that their Crazy Ex smoothie was very good! They have many options on their menu when walking in and prices are very close compared to other juice bars. It was packed when I visited but the service was quick. But they do have posters around stating that it may take a little longer for other items that are on their menu. The ambience was alright it's just a little tight inside. We got a protein smoothie and Bowl to share and nothing to say about it other than straight FIRE! I love this place. Riverisde/Moreno Valley is an açaí desert. And the only available places are your usual chains like everbowl or Nektar, etc. They make quality açaí for a decent price. My only complain (which I encounter almost every time I visit) is the layout of the ordering area and dining area is poorly designed and make it difficult to hear your order be called. The music is excessively loud which adds to the noise from the blenders. To add to the noise, the place to pick up your order is at the front next to cash register where customers are usually blocking you from getting your order from the worker. Vegas local here, I ALWAYS drop by Jujubar when passing by in Riverside! I WILL go out of my way to come here. Seriously, if I lived closer, I would be a regular. Jujubar offers the freshest ingredients out there. They have a huge menu, there's something for everyone! My absolute favorite is the Tiger Bowl (açaí bowl). I've tried to order açaí bowls with the same ingredients at other places and nothing even comes close to Jujubar! I can't even eat at other açaí places because they just don't come close. Most recently, I tried the Pina Cocolada smoothie. It was a bit pricey considering the size (I did get the smallest size), but it was soooo delicious! Definitely got my pina colada craving while being relatively healthy. I would just be aware if you have moderate/severe food allergies.
