This place is racist and I am so upset with this restaurant and how the issue wasn't resolved after i was a consistent customer. I ordered food one night, but it was stolen. Almost $100 worth of food that they gave to someone else when someone came and picked it up and stole the food. When i called the manager a Melissa or Miranda answered. Her name is one of those. and I told her my food was missing and asked her does she know what the person looked like if it was a male or female. she said "Brown, it's brown people they always steal." implying that black people are the thieves and I have the conversation recorded because she said it multiple times. When I called i asked for a resolution, she not only hung up on me because she said it was time for her to close, but the way she dismissed me as a person who's ordered from here before i will never support it again due to this harsh treatment. My food was never delivered. Never got compensated or a good customer service experience and this is truly disheartening. read more

I've been here a few times, and the food is always great. However, tonight at 6pm they hosted a 15 year olds birthday party. The party is playing videos and music (extremely vulgar lyrics) that were inappropriate for a family establishment. I asked the staff if they felt the music was appropriate, they asked the party to turn it down, and they did. Then "mom" came in, locked eyes with me, and restarted the music. Hands down the worst seafood boil place ive been to in the state of Michigan, im from florida so i try really hard not to compare BUT i knew something was wrong when they brought the food out not even 4 minutes after ordering. I ordered a seafood boil and it was over cooked, the combos say they come with 1/2 lb of crab legs and you dont even get a cluster. All im saying is dont waste your money unless you are craving bad seafood. read more

Yesterday, I visited juicy seafood in Flint. It wasn't that busy. I was seated promptly. We sat there for 15 to 20 minutes. No one approached our table. The waitresses would walk by and give us no eye contact. I would say excuse me and they would all leave ignoring that we were calling /talking to them . People came in after us and the waitresses quickly went to their table, so I started looking around, what is different about myself, my daughter and my son-in-law. We were the wrong color. I felt such racism among these waitresses. They would come to the table right next to us stand with their back against us, not even approach and ignored us completely . The couple next to us seen what was going on... because I wasn't black. The couple behind me shook their head and said this is unbelievable. We got up and we left. I told a girl at the counter what was happening.. I will never go back. She smiled and shrugged her shoulders.. This is 2025, I have not been treated like that in a very long time absolutely the worst. I could go to any other restaurant on Miller Road and never be treated like this. The Boiles may be messy put has so much favor. Me had C1 1/2 # Shrimp and it was excellent as was the fried Catfish F3. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was very nice. This is a for sure stop if your in Flint. read more

Came here for dinner and the food was alright...kinda burnt to a crisp but like not enough to complain. Who cares. So it's about 9:40pm and we're finishing up, just signed the bill and I'm assuming the owner ? Not sure came over and popped her head around the corner of our booth (little too close for comfort but I guess that's fine lol) and said hi do you want something to go? It's past the 15 minute mark and you need to leave....my sister and I just kinda started at each other grabbed our box and walked out. Well on the way out the hostess? Manager? Owner ? Idk asked again if we want something to go..mind you we had our boxes in our hand. We looked at her and told we hope she has a better night weird vibe..the sign does say 10pm is closing time. The food is always outstanding when I go and the service is amazing! The owner and her kids are always there, every time I come in she treats me and my sisters like we are family I will not go anywhere else for sea food.
