Then it took another 15 minutes for my husband's sandwich to arrive -- after we also watched staff repeatedly attempt to deliver HIS meal to the wrong tables. After getting back to our hotel, I opened the bag and was confused by my curry because it was definitely red instead of green. The ingredients were correct, though, which made it even more confusing. Thankfully, getting a red curry instead of a green curry wasn't a huge deal to me, and I did appreciate the flavor of the curry. It was also pretty spicy, but thankfully not enough to explode my head, and I was able to eat it without reaching for any water, even though it left a lingering heat in my mouth.
