As a Chinese person, I have to say this place is very authentic! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the dumplings really reminded me of what you'd get in China. The portions are HUGE -- we definitely underestimated them and ordered way too much But honestly, that's a good problem to have! Great value, delicious food, and very satisfying. Will come again just for this. The Dan Dan noodles were good, but missing a bit of the peanut flavor. Scallion pancakes I liked these but at the time didn't have much of a scallion flavor. Not sure why, but I reheated at home and added some chili too it and it was fantastic! Dumplings: Spicy wontons and Pork/ Cabbage Dumpling. The XLBs were a classic choice, garlic noodles for the kids didn't look like much but was packed with flavor, and the pan fried buns were not only beautiful, they were sealed well keeping the juice in them until you're ready to bite into it! The only disappointment was the beef noodle soup, it lacked flavor. For the service they were efficient. Acknowledged quickly and several servers were responsive when asked and checked on us several times. I came in on a week day afternoons and it was pretty empty but I imagine it gets really busy at night. It has its own menu and overall pretty decent. My favorite was the dumplings and the kung pao that was the most memorable. Service was very friendly and kind. It was a bit slow so don't come here if you're extra hungry. So was the dry fried green beans and the juicy pork dumplings. We didn't really like the pork and corn dumplings as much. Just had to give it a try after the great reviews and it was very good as a shareable appetizer. Not spicy at all which was good. It was a fun dish to eat. I don't ordinarily like fried food for appetizers but I admit this was an addiction dish. For the main course I had the soup dumplings. They were very tasty and highly filling. The dish was seasoned perfectly and only needed a little soy sauce for perfection. We plan to come back here again when we're in the area.
