I had the Dan Dan Noodles and they were absolutely delicious. The flavor was perfectly balanced--rich, savory, a little spicy, and full of depth in every bite. You can really taste how well everything comes together in the sauce. The portion size was right on point too, very satisfying without being overwhelming. Overall, a super tasty dish that hits all the marks. I'd definitely order this again!

We came on a Saturday night and there wasn't a wait, but the restaurant was full. The dishes aren't overly portioned, it's on the smaller side so it's nice to try more items. My favorite item was the Shrimp and Pork Wontons, the shrimp made it very bouncy and it was perfectly seasoned with the sauce. The restaurant is a good size with indoor seating. ig: @cravingswithcat

I am surprised by some of the lower reviews! I came here with my husband and really enjoyed our meal! The dumplings were of high quality and the filling was generous and flavorful. My favorite was the pan fried dumplings with shrimp and pork! The soup dumplings had a lot of soup and the spicy wontons has a nice flavorful sauce. I really loved the beef rolls which were packed with beef, cucumber, scallions and sauce! We also enjoyed the shrimp fried rice. The Dan Dan noodles were nicely coated. The only dish that I would probably order instead is the Taiwanese popcorn chicken instead of the diced chicken in chili and pepper. Although it was good it felt oily because it was coated in chili oil. Solid place that I'd go back to!

Orange Chicken ( forgot to take a pic when they say it down , soo the portion size would be bigger than what's pictured )

The inside of this restaurant is really beautiful. Warm and welcoming and we were greeted as soon as we walked in . Our server was nice and asked us if we needed help ordering and even made a few suggestions. We ordered the beef roll, very delicious light and herbaceous . Popcorn chicken was light and crispy and seasoned very nicely . We also ordered the orange chicken I really actually enjoyed it and all the pieces were juicy and packed full of flavor. Will be back to check out a couple other things soon I really appreciate all of the attentive staff who really seemed on top of everything and were constantly checking in on us and all the other guests , customer service like this is really appreciated.

This one hurts a little, because Juicy Dumpling Factory went from a go to spot for me to a maybe not coming back place in about a month. Service was very nice. Sam helped me and she was kind and welcoming. That part was not the problem at all. The issue is the menu change. I absolutely loved their teriyaki chicken. It was the best teriyaki chicken I have had. When I walked in, they told me they no longer serve it. I asked Sam if she was sure and she said yes. I asked her to double check and she came back and said they took it off the menu three days ago. I honestly thought about leaving, because that teriyaki was the main reason I came. I decided to stay and I ordered orange chicken and the cucumber salad. The food was solid. The cucumber salad was good, the orange chicken was fine, but it just was not the same without my go to dish. The staff are friendly and the food is still okay, but without the teriyaki I do not know if I will be back as often, if at all. In my mind this visit is about three and a half stars. On here I am giving Juicy Dumpling Factory 3.5 stars.

Juicy Dumpling Factory in Redondo Beach is such a solid find. It's the perfect stop before heading to the beach or for a casual Chinese New Year meal. We tried the Dan Dan noodles, pork spicy wontons, pan-fried dumplings, scallion pancakes, and dry-fried string beans. Everything was flavorful and comforting, and the dumplings had that perfect crispy bottom. Casual atmosphere, great for sharing, and super convenient if you're spending the day in the South Bay. Definitely adding this to my regular beach-day rotation.

We wanted to try this new place in Redondo. We came in and got seated pretty fast. The food had good flavor and was pretty good, although a but pricey for what we received (smaller portions/ sizes and the amount of beef short ribs in a tiny plate). Even the salad was a bit expensive given that it was just cucumber ($7.5). It would have been fine if the flavor was out of this world but not quite. Our waiters never checked up on us as well other than to drop off the food and to drop off the check. Good, decent place if you want dumplings. 3/5

    Restaurant atmosphere.

I was seated immediately. Food was great, staff was accommodating and it was overall a great experience!

The food is amazing! Flavor in every dish. Service and staff were attentive and it was a great early dinner option for us. Definitely recommend coming from someone who loves this amazing food!

If your wallet cries every time you think about Din Tai Fung... let me introduce you to its cooler, cheaper cousin: Juicy Dumpling Factory. Same juicy soup dumplings, same "don't burn your tongue" experience--but now you can actually afford seconds. Their pork dumplings are basically little balloons of happiness, the braised beef noodle brings the heat, and the beef roll? Crispy, juicy perfection. It's clean, casual, and honestly... your bank account might love it even more than you do.

Why don't they have the golden beef noodle soup at this location? Nah, but came to this location after loving the Huntington Beach location down the street from me, and since I was in the area for pickleball, we wanted to try it out. This location is way bigger than the Huntington one, and there was no wait. Servers were great, and overall food was good. We got the cucumber salad, pork XLB, spicy wontons, braised beef noodle soup, chicken chow mein, but were sooooo sad the golden beef noodle soup wasn't served at this location, because it is my favorite by far. Nonetheless, rest of the food was amazing, maybe minus the spicy wontons since they weren't spicy that day. Will be back and again, hope they bring the golden soup over.

Our usual not-so-usual go-to for Chinese in the South Bay had been Seashore at Calle Mayor and PCH but I remembered the food being somewhat bland on the last visit several months back. We have also enjoyed Lunasia (for Dim Sum) and Ruiji farther east on PCH but it has been a long time (at least for Ruiji) and the reviews and pictures for Lotus looked really good. I also liked the All-Day Happy Hour! $3 house wines, beer and hot sake as well as the complimentary (and delicious) garlic noodles with $50 purchase ($11.95 value). We ordered the Crispy Crabmeat Cream Cheese Wontons ($10), Spicy Orange Crispy Chicken ($21.95), Kung Pao Chicken ($21.95), Sweet and Sour Pork ($20.95), Beef with Broccoli ($20.95), Mongolian Beef ($21.95) and Crispy Honey Shrimp ($25.95). Yeah, the prices, I know, but again the All-Day Happy Hour and the free noods! The food was a hit...everything was great, fresh ingredients, packed with flavor. The Crispy Chicken wasn't spicy so don't worry if that's not your jam...the Mongolian Beef was probably my favorite and the crispy honey shrimp was lightly fried "to perfection". I hate that phrase but it is appropriate here, truly. Service was excellent. The food came out very quickly and our server was fantastic. It was my 87 year old Mom's birthday and they brought out a cheesecake and candle for her too. We did have tons of left-overs so it will go a longer way which helps with the cost. There is also a self-serve large pot of miso soup off to the side. They also have many options on their menu including Ramen. The food is good and I highly, highly recommend. Please support them if you love this type of food and you're in the area. I stopped in on a Tuesday for lunch and knew I was going to get the curry puffs. The last time I ordered these I was with a friend and had to share but not this time. I was on a solo lunch and looking forward to the puffs! To say they are "perfect" seems insufficient. They were fried incredibly well, hot, crunchy, tasty, but never greasy. And these little puffs were filled with minced beef, potatoes, and seasoning! For my main dish, I chose the dragon noodles (pad thai) with chicken. All the veggies in the dish were cooked perfectly, nothing too mushy, just the right amount of crunch/bite to the cabbage, broccoli, and carrots. And the chicken was chunky! And while I loved everything about the dish, the sprinkling of the crushed peanuts was *chef's kiss*. There's no skimping on those peanuts here.
