What has turned me off completely though is the grumpy older man that I believe is one of the owners. He is very rude, has an attitude and sarcastic. Juice Zone is one of my go to places for a cold drink/treat as the wait time is not too bad (depending on the time), the employees are super friendly, and theres a large variety of smoothies to choose from. I especially like the fact they offer protein smoothies designed for pre/post workout, and as a result I consistently find myself driving to their shop after the gym. Compared to a popular competitor, Jamba Juice, I consider Juice Zone to be superior as their smoothies contain more flavor and have a nice texture. Overall 5/5 and would recommend to all!! read more

My kids prefer Juice Zone to Jamba Juice and always ask to come here. The shakes are consistent, the service is good, and my kids are happy. There is sometimes a long line and the system to order vs pay is sometimes a little confusing and out of whack, but it's not really a big deal. read more

Fave place to pick up a smoothie. I will never go anywhere else to be honest. My faves are the power smoothies. Fitness fanatic with added açai and a Bermuda Triangle are my faves. They have some more dessert-y sweet smoothies and non-power ones on their menu as well. Their raspberry lemonade is also bomb. This place doesn't even deserve a star. The woman that owns this place doesn't know what she is doing at all. She's rude, lacks proper professional courtesy and I haven't gone into this establishment (wow I feel that's too nice of a word for this place) since 2013 when I had her hair wind up in my smoothie. I went back in and showed her, she didn't feel bad or apologize, did not ask me if I wanted her to make me another drink. I told her to buy some damn hairnets and walked out. I love juice zone! it is a bit out of my way to come here but i don't mind at all. I almost always call ahead and place my order and it's always ready for me by the time i come in. Everyone is super friendly, however i understand some of the negative reviews. I have vegan friends and whenever i get them smoothies i always ask if they are DAIRY free, i get the same answer every time "they are lactose free". Hmmmm... well lactose free doesn't mean DAIRY free, many times if something is lactose free it can still contain dairy products i.e.-casein, whey etc. I wish there was a label i could look at just to make sure they don't contain not only milk but animal products. However, they are always willing to answer questions and are polite about it. Some of my favorites are the elvis ( i LOVE peanut butter) and the gary's power pump( i usually get this one extra green) and when i need something sweet my guilty pleasure is the oreo blast(try this one with PB in it!) My final thoughts- this place is GREAT and definitely worth coming to, however if you are VEGAN or cannot consume any dairy products, skip this place, there is just too much uncertainty as to weather or not the smoothies contain animal products. read more

Love, love, LOVE Juice Zone! I have the Gary's Power Pump every single weekday. I don't know exactly how they do it but it comes out extremely smooth and creamy. A close second is the Matcha Green Tea. Same delightful texture. Been to so many juice and smoothie places, this is THE BEST. Price is ok considering their cup sizes. To start off this place has awesome juices and smoothies! This is the the only place I am willing to take my children for an after school/sports snack. There have been a couple incidents where I have gone in and the customer service has been beyond poor. The petite Asian girl with glasses whom I assumed was an employee had been expressing some very vulgar information. For example, the first time I went in she was talking about nude photos that she has some relation too. The following time I came in she continued to talk about how she illegally stole alcohol from Safeway. This made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable while waiting to be helped as she talked to the young girl standing in front of me. I personally don't feel like this is acceptable to have an employee talk about that matter in the presents of customers. It is not professional and Juice Zone could possibly loose service because of one employees actions. read more

I've been to Juice Zone twice and the first went pretty smoothly, however this time I found some things I would like to note. First they took my order without charging me; because of that I assumed I would be charged once I received my drink. That wasn't the case. I waited a few minutes than came back to the front and ordered as usual and brushed this off as my doing. It took awhile for my drink to be made which made me late and upon taking my first sip I realized that my smoothie had milk in it which was not the case the last time I came nor was there anything saying there would be milk on the menu, but if I were to come here again I wouldn't the teens make my drink. read more

Found this place on yelp. They have very good quality juices and some chocolate desserts. I got some detox drink which includes ginger, beets and i asked to mix it with green tea. You can taste the quality of the ginger. Two young ladies worked there And were very nice and informative. I'll be back when i'm in town. read more

I love this place! My daughter and I come here frequently for the smoothies and juice AND because the owners are so nice. They are usually very busy but still manage to make you feel welcomed. I like knowing I can add protein or vitamin C to my daughters smoothie. A much better choice than ice cream or a coffee drink. read more

This is such an amazing smoothie place! Much different from all of your other run of the mill juice spots. Every smoothie I've tried here is just so crave-worthy and delicious. I love that basically any drink you order can be upgraded with extra protein or other enhancements. My only gripe about juice zone is that they do not offer nutritional information on any of their menu items and for people trying to track their calories or know what their drink contains, this can be annoying. Their smoothies are so delicious that they might very well be 1,000 calories a pop, but unfortunately I can't say whether they are or not. Either way, this hasn't stopped me from coming in for a smoothie when I want to treat myself or after a good workout. It's always a plus when staff is attentive and friendly and I can say that this is the case here! The staff is typically a younger bunch but they are always so enthusiastic and welcoming. No matter the day, there's always a good crowd here and it's very popular among the locals in Danville. All in all, a great juice/smoothie place! If looking for recommendations, the Elvis (chocolate, peanut butter, banana, double chocolate protein) is so so so good! I also frequent the strawberry banana smoothie and ask for extra protein. I went in today with a $15 gift card that must have been years old that I just found in my closet. They didn't have the system to support it anymore, which was disappointing, but also partially my fault for not using the gift card sooner. I don't know how to quite describe the experience at this wonderful location. Juice Zone might as well have saved my life. Juice Zone gave me hope when I needed it most. I, Fletcher Modesto needed a Peachy Papaya to quench my thirst. The only thing I didn't realize is that my thirst would be quenched as soon as I saw the love of my life making me a Peachy Papaya. It was love at first sip, as this gorgeous, short, korean? girl with a lackadaisical, ombre handed me the drink as I gasped for words to say. When her fingertips touched mine I knew she was the one. I downed the Peachy Papaya as fast as I could, resulting in a brain freeze that could only thawed by her hotness. I quickly ordered a Chocolate Bliss to counteract the fruitiness of the Peachy Papaya and was not disappointed. The blended flavors gave me a sign of hope, that human kind could one day be blended just like the flavors in this smoothie. 10/10 would recommend. Let me first start by saying that the smoothies are delicious almost every time I come in here. I like the creamy power smoothies with an extra boost of protein to lower the sauce they use. They also have a great selection of bars and drinkS. As for the service, almost all the juize zone girls are awesome. The service is excellent whenever the owners are not there, not to mention there is a much friendlier environment when she is not yelling at her employees in front of customers, and the boring music puts me to sleep when I'm waitng for my drink. So i went here today before my first day of school. I love juice zone, the peanut butter banana is my regular I know the price of it. But something weird happened, I asked for a SMALL and i got charged 5.45. I told her she made a mistake but she snapped back at me and said i got a power smoothie. Im pretty sure i know how much my favorite drink is. 4.45. She charged a dollar more and didn't even check herself but she said it so confidently. I was sooo excited to try this place based on all the positive reviews. I really, really wanted to like this place since I am a big fan of smoothies. The woman that I encountered must have been having an extremely bad day. She was very argumentative and abrasive when asked what are some of the more popular drinks. She was spoke in a very degrading manner and said some very rude comments to me. I finally walked out after being verbally abused for 5 minutes. The smoothies are okay and our daughter likes it, but the store charges 50 cent extra for using a credit card to pay...not right. Credit card companies only charge merchants 1% to 3%. For a $3 to 5 smoothie, that's over 10% to 15% transaction charge. Will avoid the place if we can. read more
