Used too good to go here and got a suprise bag with the vanilla chia pudding and, a citrus juice. (2 other items that I couldn't eat). The vanilla chia pudding was absolutely divine. Rich. Flavorful. The juice was refreshing. read more

You Played Yourself!!!! I ran in to pick up a smoothie before getting on the train. I had 15 minutes to make my train. I asked the young lady if they had smoothies already made. After saying yes they do, I proceeded to pay. Because I didn't tip her (for a ready made smoothie?), she started washing blenders and said I had to wait for them to make one!!! Really?? When I started elevating, she quickly went and got a ready made smoothie and I made my train. You played yourself and I won't be back!!!! read more

1 smoothie was $17....... Not to mention it wasn't even decent. go across the street to juice generation

I ordered through classpass, and was ready when I arrived. My smoothie tasted greate, and will return!

Excellent service and delicious drinks. Always super fast and friendly staff. 100% would recommend

I stopped here at Juice Press before hopping on the train to work. Would I consider myself a juice barfly or one that lives off of clean eating with every meal including kale? No, not really; I actually don't drink juice at all because I feel it's a waste of calories and would rather eat the fruit. However, one of my colleagues wanted a smoothie and since apparently that's all it takes for me to give into peer pressure, I decided to take a gander at their menu. I chose the rainforest smoothie on the sole grounds that I liked the name. The smoothie contained pineapple, banana, spinach, kale, ginger, lemon juice, coconut oil, mint, and maple+water (whatever that is). The smoothie was pretty good, it didn't have any bitter taste to it. I wouldn't say it was smooth but it was enjoyable overall. From someone who's not a connoisseur of cold pressed juices or smoothies, I can say the Juice Press piqued my interest and if given the opportunity I would return to explore their menu more. read more

Waaaaayyyy too expensive!!! I know costs have increased recently, but $11 plus tax for 6 ounces of bottled juice is unfathomable. Never. Ever. read more

I stopped to grab my favorite blue magic smoothie, thinking all location make the same smoothie! HORRIBLE!! The smoothie was super thick and tasted chalky as if the two working had absolutely no idea how to make it! I knew it was probably when I had to tell them to add more liquid the first time they tried to poured it into the cup. Shame on the JUICE Press company for just hiring anyone because it's cheaper! read more

I've come here twice now to buy smoothies and have had mediocre experiences both times. First time: ordered pomegranate recharge. Tastes mostly like chalk. The powders in the smoothie are not blended in well and overpower the whole thing. Second time: ordered pomegranate recharge again. The first drink I was given was incredibly watered down. Tasted like bland water with protein powder. Didn't look like a smoothie. Asked for it to be remade. This at least has the consistency of a smoothie but also generally tastes bland. Would not recommend this location of juice press and/or this drink. read more

I had the green light which was $10 for 16oz. I like the layers of meaning to the drink name-- light tasting, "light" on calories, lighten your day by getting in your greens, and get a nice boost of steady energy so you can go on with your day. Clean environment. Staff were very friendly. May not be the cheapest way to get in your greens, but it is a great option if you have the money to spend and you are always on the go. read more

Juice Press - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - New York, New York

I'm confused by the negative reviews regarding the service. I have visited the Juice Press in Grand Central on several occasions and have never had a bad experience. Perhaps it depends on the time/shift when you visit. In my experience, the staff is courteous and the service is efficient. The protein smoothies are very good and satisfying. I do think that the prepared food in the refrigerator case is overpriced and not that great, though. I'd stick to the juices and smoothies. read more

Whomt ever it was that made my Hawaiian healer smoothie earlier this afternoon at around 1:45pm/2pm-ish. Was the bomb.com!!!!!!? It was thick, refreshing and delicious. It had a strong taste of the mint that wasn't overwhelming but very inviting and calming. I've never had a drink that made me feel like I was being hydrated?!¿¿ I thoroughly enjoyed drinking the Hawaiian Healer. It's definitely on my list of a great pick me up drink, because I've been happy literally all day. I genuinely feel refreshed and even had the audacity to encourage myself to eat healthy and be mindful. Lol. Big shout outs to my smoothie maker, definitely try the Hawaiian healer. Delicious. Ps: they also have a wonderful selection of vegan, raw foods in their fridge which look quite delicious and for the first time ever I saw a detox tea that was also naming itself to be a natural laxative. Listeennnnn, this weekend we will see about that one hennyyyyyy read more

Great place to quickly pick up breakfast or lunch. I've tried all their smoothies at this point and I'm not a fan, only because of the strong banana flavor. I get it's impossible to get a smoothie with banana as an ingredient without tasting any of it, but the problem is that it's all I'm tasting. No matter what smoothie I get, all I taste is banana, even the mint chip one. Not that the smoothies are bad. It's just a lot of banana. Maybe they need to readjust the banana to other ingredients ratio or maybe it's just me. I'm probably still going to buy the smoothies since it's just a super filling breakfast and I take late lunches. The blue magic smoothie has the least strong banana flavor and it's a fun color. Even though I'm not a big fan of the smoothies this place has a super friendly staff and the pre-packages meals are amazing. I highly recommend the strawberry dragon fruit overnight oats. read more

I love coming here. Staff is always nice, and very accommodating. Answer all question, i love the juices. Everything is fresh.

After two months since my previous review and giving this place 4 more chances, I have to say its getting WORSE. The staff continues to be very poorly trained and is very rude. They do not know how to prepare the dishes and always have an excuse for not giving you the dishes as described in their menu. On top of this, they never have all the ingredients to prepare their food the way it is advertised (generally, they have no cucumber, basil, goji berries, sprouted bagel or avocado). This Juice Press location is an EPIC FAIL!! I really wish the old cafeteria at Equinox was brought back, they were amazing. read more

The review is based almost entirely on value. The smoothies are fine, but IMO, nothing special. At $15 for a large smoothie (20oz I think) it's just too much. While I was giving in to the convenience of their location in Grand Central, with a much more reasonably priced and IMO equally delicious smoothie available at Juice Generation across 42nd St., I've been converted from my money wasting ways. read more

Ordered a Açaí bowl topped with coconut Golji berries and chia and flax seeds. It was absolutely delicious and filling. One of the very few gluten free options in grand central that I felt was safe enough to eat. Staff was so friendly and helpful answering my gluten free questions even though it was an early thanksgiving morning. read more

I love fresh, cold pressed juices and smoothies. They are super expensive but that's nothing new. Everyone knows this so don't be surprised. Plus - things in Grand Central are going to be at a premium. Now that we got that out of the way, let's talk about Juice Press. I don't know what it is but I like every juice here. The guy knows me and my drink. I think he makes it special for me tee-hee I looovvee their green smoothie. Highly recommend as a hangover cure. Your boss will never know. read more

Sort of an offshoot from the main foot traffic in Grand Central, but for me this place is my most convenient juice spot from my office. I love the fact that I don't have to step outside to get to this place. I usually show up when I want a light lunch or a liquid lifesaver. I had the Lucky Seven ($10) and it was probably the best juice I've had so far from this franchise. On top of my needed Vitamin's A and C, I really liked that this juice has Iron in it, because my body really doesn't get enough of it. This juice re-energized me and kept me relatively full throughout the afternoon. read more

Favourite juice joint. Great choices & friendly service. The server originally got my order wrong & promptly corrected my order & gave me blueberries on the house. I loved how passionate she was about the brand & the quality of the produce used. Thanks for a lovely chat! read more

My partner took me to juice press and can I just say I'm in love. The area was very clean and the employees were so helpful. I really liked how they had a place for seating (although the seating area is really a long wooden block with raised rectangles every so often so getting close to the person next to you was a bit difficult.) I ordered the 'Fountain of Youth' but I added ginger (not the best idea.) Despite my extraness by adding ginger, the drink was great. Def would recommend for on the go/healthy snack option. read more

Lousy, grumpy service and over priced smoothies. Staff is apathetic and has no idea what is in the drinks or products they are serving. Last time I was there I tried to pay with a bill that had a tiny rip in it and was told it wasn't legal tender. Save your money and walk to Pure Green on 45th - it's 30 seconds away and much better. read more

Love coming here after my workout for some nutrition and protein. The best staff by far !! Always nice and friendly and remember you.

I love this place. This location is my favorite. I come here before work almost every day and the girl even knows my order personally. I think her name is kathy. Really nice workers. read more

Ordered a matcha latte (over ice) with almond milk and a little honey- result: never coming back again. My drink tasted like water, barely any matcha flavor. Fresh juices and smoothies at grand central. Makes for a healthy breakfast when I can't make my own at home. It's a great blend of fresh veggies sweetened with enough fruit that it is drinkable but not overly sweet. I now stop here 2-3x/week. read more

I've never written a Yelp review before, but I felt compelled to after my experience this morning. My coworker highly recommended the Harvey Wallbanger, so I finally decided to try it. When I received it, it looked a little watery, but I have never ordered one before, so I wasn't sure what it was supposed to look like. I tasted very wrong; watery and sour, and not at all like a smoothie. My coworker tried it as well, and told me it looked/tasted nothing like it was supposed to. She asked me who had made it and when I described him, she said that he had made her a horrible smoothie as well. Unfortunately, I didn't end up trying it until I was all the way at my office, which is why I did not go back to complain. That being said, the employee making it should have realized that it was watery and did not look correct before handing it to me. On a positive note, the cashier was very friendly and helpful. read more
