Juice is delicious but customer service needs work. The "customer is always right" is definitely not their policy here.. juicer got my order wrong and gave me the wrong drink and couldn't admit to her faults which resulted in me requesting a refund and the cashier couldn't even figure out now to do it with my original payment of card and resulted in giving me cash. A very awkward and unnecessary situation. Unfortunately due to this really inconvenient situation I will not be returning to this establishment and would hope the workers discontinue this type of behavior towards paying customers who keep their business open. read more

I understand not everyone is chipper to be at work but you can at least be a little friendly and grateful to have clientele. **You should also BEWARE if you have some allergies or are pregnant as they don't list all the ingredients on their menu. There's a lot of things you have to avoid being pregnant and RAW honey isn't mentioned in any of the smoothies but they mix it in there. Most recent experience: Placed a mobile order, walked in they had no clue what I was talking about lol they said even if you place a mobile order you still gotta call cause it's not printing for some reason. I loved the disclaimer that their products take time to make and that they're not a fast food place. I had the 12oz of Baduism, chilled. A juice made with apples, carrots, spinach, and ginger, shaken with ice, but poured without ice. Loved the flavors of the juice. It was more sweet from the apples with a little kick of the ginger. Worst customer service ever! So on 6 Sept placed a $60 online order at 3:14 with pickup in 1 hour. I arrive at the place only to find it closed and a man inside cleaning. The "OPEN" blinking sign is on, nothing on the door stating its closed and of course no operational phone numbers. I knocked several times and he would never answer. Finally he responded and said we are closed come back tomorrow. I said I placed an online order for pick up, his response, I do not know what to tell you. I really love this place it gives me the fresh life giving vibration that juice is supposed to give. The only thing I don't like is the sanitation of the cashiers all of them do the same thing which is stop prepping the produce and come to take your order and the money then go directly back to prepping the produce again no hand washing no glove changing it freaks me out a little but I convince myself that all the healing properties of the juice will kill any germs and bacteria that transfer over. We gonna just pray over it because if you knew what went on behind the scenes of these restaurants especially fast food we'd cook all our food at home. read more

Customer service is always important. Today our drinks blended for 15- 20 mins. Not sure why? The Customer just ahead of us was able to complete the meal he purchased un store while he waited for his juice to be blended. We sat there as our juices ran in the blender and the woman making the juice let it run while she cleaned , then started another order. I'm not knocking being productive while the blender runs, but letting it run for so long seemed excessive. Besides the extra long wait, one our drinks was missing the sherbert. I'm sorry to say this, however my family and I were highly disappointed with the juice cleanse. We initially purchased the 7 day juice cleanse which was ok-at best. Each day of the cleanse has a detailed order of drinks numbered 1-6 for corresponding days 1-7. Each morning, afternoon and evening the drinks were inconsistent in concentration. Some drinks were obviously diluted with ice. Also, Juices were rushed and not ready when facility said they would be after 4pm. We even found chunks of vegetables in one which made some of the juices even harder to drink. I thought the facility just had a bad week so my friend and I both went back and purchased the juice cleanse for another 5 days with the same results. Safe to say we will no longer be in support of this cleanse. Please take your time with this particular purchase because the juices are also not cheap! read more
