The staff never greeted me nor did they come to the front counter their were 4 teenagers working, chatting it up about their boyfriends not paying attention to the customers and neglecting the cleanliness of their workspace. I waited 3 minutes then walked out but not before noticing how utterly disorganized the counters were . This was the most unkempt kitchen I've ever seen. They just abandoned health codes entirely.

The overall ambiance is cute for this small shop. I really like the newspaper wallpaper that incorporates the history of the banh mi. The banh mi itself was delicious. The toppings on top (cilantro, pickled vegetables, etc.) helped to add a nice crunch and helped to balance the whole entire sandwich. It was a good ratio of vegetables to meat to bread.
