It is in the food court of the mall so the ambience is of course what you get in the surroundings. I tried the vanilla matcha smoothie and absolutely loved it. Very delicious! It is a little pricey though unfortunately. The smoothie I bought (picture attached) was around ~$9-$10 (no adjustments)

We'd had a pretty…read moreheavy breakfast that  morning, so we really wanted more of a nibble rather than an actual lunch. I bought us Matcha Green Tea Latte, Lavender Black Tea Latte, and Apple Pie Chia Pudding from Jugo Juice . My daughter  had the Lavender Black Tea Latte, I had the Matcha Green Tea Latte, and we both shared the Apple Pie Chia Pudding.  Neither drink was spectacular but it was a cold, rainy day and we wanted warm drinks, so that was why I had chosen those drinks for us. In the future I think I will stick with ordering smoothies and juices from Jugo Juice since that's what they're known for.  The Apple Pie Chia Pudding was acualIy pretty good; I quite enjoyed it. We were too full though to finish it so I brought it home and finished it the next day. I scooped it out into a bowl and heated it up in the  microwave. It tasted better that way. Apple Pie is after all, better when it's warm. Plus, placing it into one of our own bowls at home gave me more room to stir it up properly! I probably get a drink from here about once a month when I'm in the area. I don't think I've ever encountered anyone else ordering or getting an order fulfilled at the same time I'm there. In any case, I recommend the mango hurricane which is a blend of mango, strawberry, guava, passionfruit peach, and yogurt. I'm well aware the sugar content is through the roof, but I'm not kidding myself and trying to consider any real health benefits aside from getting my fruit intake for the day and that it tastes good.

Granding Opening was on October 28th, 2018 and they had a super amazing deal of Free Bubble Tea…read morethat day - you can count on me on being one of those people huddled under the tent in the rainy weather! But no worries if you missed this, they have a Buy One Get One deal until the end of November! Firstly, very considerate and organized Grand Opening - a lit up tent for the customers waiting in the rain, they had check cards so you could decide on what free drink to get, and finally they offered hot tea while we waited outside! This just shows the thought and care they have for their customers and to make this experience positive! After about 30 minutes, my boyfriend and I got our Free Bubble Teas! I had the Milk Tea with Pearls (half-sweet, less ice) and my boyfriend had the Passionfruit Green Tea with Pearls (half-sweet, less ice). The Milk Tea had a good tea flavour and the milk was creamy, the half sweet was made to be a perfect balance of sweetness and tea. The pearls were made perfectly too - lots of chewiness and decent sweetness. Considering how busy they were and they managed to make this top-notch drink, it's very impressive! My boyfriend enjoyed the freshness of the Passionfruit Green Tea, and with sweetness of the pearls it balanced out the tartness of the passionfruit. A pretty big bubble tea shop with plenty of seating and a large, wooden communal table in the front. Staff were really friendly and they kept the place really clean with the high turnover of customers. They have lots of other drink options like smoothies and seasonal fruit milks, which have a lot of customization options in terms of flavours and toppings too! Overall, glad to have another bubble tea shop close by that is serving delicious drinks!

I simply asked the staff member how come the phone app didn't allow me to pick up the item, and he brushed off and said, "It's closed! It's closed!" Without telling me, clearly the restaurant was still open until 9:00pm. I asked a female employee and she was understanding and explained to me that the app shuts down half hour before the store closes. I went in at 8:38pm. I was 8 minutes shy from the app closing. Plus, she indicated the 10% discount applied for a minimum of $25.00 (which was a smaller print on the front door). Even if I tried to order before the app closed, my two drinks ordered would not come close to the minimum purchase. Thirst: Fresh Blueberry Smoothie with almond milk ($1.00 extra) You can substitute milk for homo milk, soy, or ice. An unbelievable taste yearning to drink fast and more of this. Definitely a REPEAT on my list. Fresh Taro Smoothie with homo milk You can substitute milk for homo milk, soy, or ice. This has real chunks of TARO! Yes! An absolute REPEAT on my list. For both drinks, please be careful, as both are filled above the rim of the cups and starts to leak/melt. If you are not drinking them in the store, and driving/transporting these drinks, I highly recommend to drink them until it is below the rim for easier transportation.
