But they recently SPIKED prices so high that it no longer makes sense to buy items secondhand. What a shame because I prefer purchasing secondhand and knowing that it's avoiding over consumption and helping a good cause at the same time. Come on! $70 for a lamp?? $45 for used kitchen convenience appliances... and it seemed like I couldn't find a small trinket for under $6. While we were there, a customer wanted to buy something in a glass case, an employee told her that they couldn't sell it to her!!! Then the employee sold the item to someone else!!!
