I haven't had a hot stone massage before, but was recommended to try it by another masseuse for my back pain. The hot stone felt like hot oil gliding across my back, but I felt considerable relief after the massage. She used essential oils all over my body, and that definitely helped. At the end, she offered me some chocolates to go and the overall price for a massage is very reasonable. I booked an hour massage for $80, and it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend and return again in the future.

I had a little trouble finding it, because it's inside an office for "Aligned Chiropractic and Hypnosis," and there is no sign for Worcester County Massage outside. The website tells you that it's inside the other business, but you have to dig a little bit! Just put this in for others so that they don't get confused like me :) Also, your first visit is 10% off! Definitely a plus.

I am seeing positive results after just one visit. The atmosphere is warm & welcoming & the appt. started on time which is important in our busy & hectic world. I blame myself for not stopping her from hurting me. The spots are painful more than a month later. Tui Na that I've had previously engages muscles by grasping and pulling, not by irritating nerves. I cannot recommend this woman's work, though she assured me that the pain was necessary to improve my function. I had the impression that she made it up as she went along.

I made a spontaneous decision to get a massage on a Saturday afternoon, searched on Yelp, called her, and she had me come in an hour later. I am so glad I did. I wanted deep tissue and she provided, and asked me along the way how the pressure felt. It was a different type of massage than I have had, but I've never had one where the training was Chinese. My muscles hurt today in the way I would expect (and she warned me) after being worked on, but I feel worlds better. I agree with the poster who mentioned it felt like a chiropractic adjustment. I plan to go back to Na for regular maintenance, and I think her price points are very reasonable. I prefer to support an independent business rather than a place like that awful chain Massage Envy.

Every appointment is consistently great and she talks with me about where my problem areas are so she can determine the best course of action for that appointment. As someone who works on a computer all day for her job, my trouble areas tend to be my upper back and neck. I've also recently developed some sciatic nerve issues and Jenn is thoughtful and thorough in helping to address those problems, as well. Jenn has also instructed me on stretching exercises to help with my problem areas, and I can't say I'm always consistent in doing them, but when I do, they help a lot! If you're looking for a thoughtful, thorough and highly skilled massage therapist with the expertise to work through different issues patiently and effectively with long-term benefits - go see Jenn!
