The lady then tells me they don't take my insurance and asked if I had another. When I said no she asked if I wanted to pay out of pocket. In a global pandemic with insurance that I've never had a problem with why would I pay out of pocket?? This front office is filled with inept children. They're extremely out of touch and no amount of training will make them qualified to babysit a rock. Your main job at a doctors office is to inform patients about insurance restrictions at the time the appointment is made. I wasted time and money to get to this place.
