She said it was okay and advised me to fax the form. I did and I was still charged taxes. Unacceptable I use this form all the time with reputable companies. This is not rocket science. I called and she sounds frantic out of breath and asked that I fax the form again. Really? I'm disputing the charges with my business manager and calling the corporate office immediately. I just purchased over $300 worth of arrangements are you serious! They get one star...yes one. The arrangements were beautiful, however the driver unapologetically arrived late. No apologies for the delay. Nothing. We're done. I will never ever do business with this location again. Seriously call another franchise, the staff is lacking in credibility and professionalism.
