Seeing me come into the store with a friend both Ken Sr and Ken Jr took the time to say hello to me and made me feel welcomed. What is special for me is they know about my son and went out of their way to offer me a Bachman catalog and then Ken Jr made me aware of a special Thomas anniversary car that he knew my son would love. As a father with an autistic son this recognition and caring means so much to me and my family and was appreciated by my wife and loved by my son.
