They are really helpful, I was getting a safety for a friend's lapsed registered vehicle and they explained the process much better than the DMV, and made sure I knew the next step in the process. I called and told them about it and waited for a call back that never came. The ABS light finally went off. So I guess it is ok. And most recently "wheel hub with bearing" replacement. I was charged $59.73 for "shop supplies" which was a total for ALL estimated repairs. I paid upfront for the parts which was $673.94 and then charged tax again on that amount and the balance. In total $1624.20 which by the way is a service that should have been tops $1200. The end result is they have lost my future business approximately $2000+ because of the petty overcharges. Make sure before you agree to the estimate you check prices. HORRIBLE price gouging.
