Can I tell you after coming here how much I am kicking myself in the tush?! This office is the most professional, exceptional wonderful place that I have ever experienced in my life !! The first thing that was a shocker was that the dentist actually does a cancer check he checked my mouth. He checked my tongue. He checked everything and that was a total shocker because I've never in my life. Had that happened before. . Today I had two cavities refilled and having asthma I have a strong smell for everything. My nose is very sensitive and all I could smell was clean. Everything was so clean. . Not an overwhelming smell, but a sanitary clean and I was so relaxed and comfortable.. I'm selfish and don't want to Share my new secret place, but I have told so many coworkers and friends about Dr Tyler . He is truly a professional. He truly has professional employees working with him and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Dentist . And last but not least is the price I was quoted 900+ by other dentist for each my teeth that needed to be fixed: and can I tell you that I only paid $78 for each that I had fixed with my insurance.

Several months later, I received an additional bill for the added Xrays. I called the office to explain that I was told I would not be billed and they confirmed before my visit with the insurance company that both xrays were covered. Employee advised that the insurance company must have wrongly told their employee who checked my coverage prior to my visit. I contacted my Insurance company who checked their records/call logs-recordings and provided me a letter stating no one from the dentist office called prior to my visit to verify coverage. To top it off, I just found out Gentle Family Dentistry sent the bill to collections. I USE TO Think so highly of this business.

I have never had a dental staff cater to my wants and my needs, mentally or emotionally. Dr. Wood, Stephanie, Angela, and all staff have not only made it possible for me to have the work I need done, but they have created a loving and accepting environment about me as the patient. They dont deserve my drama; but they have never made me feel less for my fears, only lifted me up and gave the power back to me that I never knew I had. Helping me focus on the outcome instead of the fear. They make me want to keep going back. And that's a HUGE deal for someone who has suffered so much trauma and judgment from other offices. I'm so blessed, relieved, and thankful to have found my lifelong dental office. I will NEVER have another as long as they are around. They make you feel wanted and cared about.
