JT's has moved permanently to Lynden, WA. It's at the corner of Third and Liberty, across from the Library. It's open Wed thru Friday from 11:30- 6:00. Fantastic BBQ, covered seating and wonderful customer service.

Holy smokes.... literally! Hands down the best barbecue I've had. My favorite is the baked potato with choice of meat (I chose brisket). The potato was huge and so filling. The brisket was so tender and delicious. You have a choice between sweet or spicy bbq sauce. I highly recommend eating from this food truck.

No one is wearing masks here. The food is expensive and the meat lacks taste. I ordered ribs and they tasted like they were boiled before being smoked. The meat is rubbery and full of water.

OMG how have I not reviewed JT's yet?! It's not like I haven't eaten there about a gazillion times (and enjoyed every single delicious, smoky bite). JT (a.k.a. Jeremy) is a friendly guy who had a dream: to open up a food truck specializing in ahhhhhmazing BBQ. Well, folks, he accomplished it and then some. His truck even has a back "porch" with a huge working smoker/BBQ belching out the most amazing smells ever. Just walking by gives people a craving for the yummy goodness he's cooking up inside. I've even heard of vegans who were converted to meat-eaters just by walking past - it smells THAT good. From the loaded (with a capital L) baked potato, which is enough to feed a small army, to the cheese-stuffed meatballs to the pork belly JT is doing it right. And his pulled pork is sinful, truly sinful, and I mean that in a tastes-so-good-you-just-have-to-try-it sort of way. He offers several sauces to accompany, my favorite is the tangy mustard. By the way, if you like spicy try the smoked jalapeno poppers. No really, just try 'em! Just go. And go hungry. Best place to find him is in the beer garden at Kulshan, so you can sit outside and enjoy a frosty pint with your meaty amazingness.

If you enjoy real bbq food look no further! Jts food truck is amazing and the service is really great! I usually get the baked potato with pulled pork its amazing and large enough for me to share...my husband likes the bacon wrapped poppers they are to hot for my pallet, yesturday we got the pulled pork nachos and the two for six dollar bacon wrapped meatballs stuffed with pepper jack it was amazing! I will pretty much get the meatballs everytime they are officially my new favorite! The nachos were the perfect amout and were great to share with kids yummy cant wait to go again!

Yum! I had the pulled pork bbq sandwich with spicy bbq sauce. It was so delicious, I forgot to take a picture before I devoured it! $7 for a sandwich; a little pricy, but oh so good!

Delicious lean brisket, highly recommend the mustard sauce. We are huge fans of brisket and this is our new favorite spot.

I'm from the south and after I moved to the PNW I couldn't find good BBQ ANYWHERE! Then I found Jt's and was blown away by how good it is.

Well all I have to say is yum!…read more Well that's not all I have to say. Doing a not so strict keto, but I still tried the baked beans (just a taste) very different. In fact I'd like them better then Texas beans. Texas Does a Charro bean which to me is not beans.. The brisket was flavorful moist, mostly lean with a very thin fat cap. Pulled pork was finished up perfectly with a touch of Carolina vinegar.. The ribs were awesome. Had a nice labor. I got the end of moore center cut guy, but they were still good a little dryer than I like because of the end but I guarantee you if I would've got the center they would've been beyond perfect. I would highly recommend coming and giving it a chance when it comes to true barbecue this is about the only place around here I have ever dined that that was on the money.. Beer, wine cider, sodas, lots of sides and great food

There are ample parking spots available at the front of the restaurant. Their menu is posted along the back wall, and once you're ready to order, you walk up to the counter. They will give you a number after you pay for your food. I tried their ribs, chili, and cornbread combo. The ribs tasted like they were boiled and had no flavor. Worse yet, they were served lukewarm and soggy. For the price of $30 (only 4 pieces), it was definitely a complete rip off. You are better off getting ribs from Applebee's. Their chili and cornbread were marginally ok. However, they also lacked flavor and tasted bland.

Banh mi's were both great but chicken was better, spring rolls were large and fresh, fried buns were new for us and we were glad we tried it. To kick off our experience we started with the fried pork sticky buns, and they did not last long. The crispy fried crust had a very unique texture, and contrasted wonderfully with the soft warm inside of sticky buns with BBQ pork filing. Next we dug into the Fried Combo, which included Egg Rolls, Potstickers and Crab Rangoon. The Egg Roll & Potstickers were unforgettable, but the Crab Rangoon was the real star of the show. Creamy crab filling wrapped in fried wonton paper, and some sweet chili sauce to dip in. Moving on to the entrees we shared the Beef & Shrimp Fried Noodle plate, and the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi. The fried noodles contained tender beef and succulent shrimp stir-fried with yellow noodles, Cabbage, Shredded Carrot, crisp bean sprouts, and garnished with fresh cilantro. The dish was very flavorful, with all the fresh veggies and spices tying together the noodles, shrimps and beef. Finally the banh mi. I will admit I have never tried a banh mi sandwich, but I am very glad this was my first one. All the vegetables on top provided an excellent crunch and the chicken was very tender with an amazing flavor. I also added picked jalapeño for an extra touch of heat. All in all this is a very great choice for anyone in the mood for some great Vietnamese cuisine. We will definitely be going into the restaurant next time to try something else!
