Always a fun atmosphere. Kelsey is the best. Very knowledgeable about any drink you could want. Wings and Parmesan fries are quite tasty.

Food first, thoughts after... Let me just say the service…read morewas amazing. Our waitress was a cultured young woman who did an amazing job checking in on us and guiding us. We chose the restaurant because we were staying at the hotel. I would say dishes wise they are more on the sweet size. The potato crips had jam around them. The lamb had a sweet glaze on top. I am more of a savory person. Overall still a good dinner and night.

We came to the Ross Bridge restaurant as a group of 10 girls for my friend's bachelorette spa day,…read moreexpecting a fun and relaxing brunch before our massages. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the most frustrating dining experiences I've had. I called several days ahead to ask about reserving a table and was told brunch was first come, first serve only. To make sure we could sit together, two of us arrived at 9:30 AM for our 10:00 brunch plans. We were initially told we could either sit outside split between two tables or wait about 20 minutes for a table inside together. We agreed to wait. After waiting 40 minutes, they attempted to seat us... split between two tables inside anyway. At that point, what was the purpose of waiting nearly an hour? We declined and chose to wait longer so our group could actually sit together. During all of this, several staff members acted as though our group was a huge inconvenience. There was rude behavior, dismissive attitudes, obvious staring, and even employees giving fake names when asked. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like we were bothering them simply by being there. We finally got seated around 10:45. Our waitress was polite, but service was painfully slow. Right after ordering, I explained that we had massages beginning at noon and asked if she could prepare our checks early so we could leave on time. There was no sense of urgency about this, everything was still extremely slow and took way longer than expected. It took 30 minutes just for us to receive a mimosa, and then another 40-45 for food. Mind you we still have appointments at the spa which the staff were aware of. Around 1130, right after we got the food, I reminded her again that we urgently needed our checks to make our appointments. She assured us they'd be out within 15 minutes, but we didn't end up signing checks until almost 11:50. We then had to rush across the resort stressed and late for what was supposed to be a relaxing spa experience. What should have been a low-stress, celebratory brunch before my friend's wedding became chaotic and disappointing. The food was fine but overall terrible experience. Between the disorganization, poor communication, rude staff, and extremely slow service, this experience completely missed the mark. I would not return to this restaurant and would strongly recommend eating elsewhere before coming to the resort.

Farrelleys for my birthday dinner!!…read more We've been here several times and have never been disappointed! They have an amazing happy hour from 4-6. I got a marg ($8) and the baked pimento cheese dip to start - served with pita. ($7) I loved my pan seared scallops with grits and broccolini. The cranberry bacon "jam" really adds so much flavor and create the perfect bite when you add all components together. ($34) Dad and David got the meatloaf and loved. It comes with house made BBQ, potatoes and broccolini. ($28) Perfect for when you want to go to an upscale meal but still have to make your man happy - this is literally a "meat and potatoes" dish. Mom got the Paneed chicken with brown butter sauce, mashed potatoes and spinach. She had no complaints! ($28) Service was very friendly and parking was no issue at all! This is a perfect place for a big group because there's something for everyone. It's casual, comfortable but still feels on the upscale side of things. We will be back!

We ordered off of their lunch menu and got the short rib sandwich with brussels and their cobb salad. While I personally can use a bigger portion, I was not starving at the end of the meal lol. I guess it is good policy to leave people wanting more, right? Food was tasty overall and they definitely have some unique items or ingredients in their entrees. You will run probably at least around 30 dollars for two at lunch. We obviously caught them at a busy time even though we were the only two there at the beginning as they were expecting a large party and they were prepping catering food, but our food still came out within a reasonable amount of time. I did notice one of the chef on his phone one minute and then touching cooked food that he's serving the next to package it for catering....without washing his hands. I can't help but find that a bit gross when I consider how very dirty a phone is since that's literally something you touch all day, all the time, regardless of what you're doing. I will leave it at that, ha.

I was very surprised to learn that they sell soda by the bottle and about a 16 ounce soda is three dollars apiece which I found to be a little overpriced. So if you go there and like soda be expected to pay three dollars a bottle which honestly makes me not want to go back. We were there during happy hour, and we got spinach, dip, and Parmesan fries with garlic aïoli, which was delicious. They used to charge for the bread, but we got two servings and didn't have to pay for the second one. Our server, Tyler W was very attentive. Our drinks stayed full and he did recommend some dishes. I got the chicken Parmesan and it was delicious. A very good serving and I brought some of it home. I got the brookie as a dessert and that was equally delicious. Happy hour is from 4 PM to 5:30 pm during the week. The bathrooms were very clean as was the dining area. When you walk in, they do have some ready-made food for you to bring home and also some salad dressings. We sat by the window, which was very nice. If I do go back, I'll probably just stick with water or sweet tea.
