After explaining my situation with what my vehicle was doing they seemed very happy to help me. They squeezed me in at the very end of the day, diagnosed my car and I authorized the work and shortly was on the road to my family.  The mechanic was very knowledgeable and explained in full detail so that I understood. Ashley, the office administrator was my 1st contact when I called and she made me feel important and was eager to help. The service from my 1st call to the office and then mechanic of my car was 110% Above and beyond my expectations.  I recommend them over any other shop. Call them and you will see, you will end up making them your One Stop Only Shop Go To Mechanic knowing you are receiving the most excellent top knotch service and skills from a highly experienced mechanic.

There was an exhaust smell coming through the cabin vents when the car is idle. Brian helped us jack up the car and actually showed us the exact spot where the front exhaust bellow cracked. He told us that he might be able to weld it but there isn't a guarantee it will be fixed 100%. He also told us he's seen the exact same problem a few years ago with the same car. He told us there is a recall on the front exhaust for this type of car. He suggested to call the dealership to see if the recall is still active. It would be $3000 to replace the whole thing for it to be 100% fixed. I am so glad he told us about the recall. It was actually an extended warranty for that exact factory defect. My car is being fixed now and Brian saved us $3000. There was also the cutest dog at Auto Saver. Brian told us he found him in a trash can two weeks before. He saved a dog's life and gave him a happy one. Brian is honest , friendly , knowledgeable and a kind soul. I will definitely come back here whenever my car has any trouble.

This new ownership is absolutely terrible and has sent our mental health down the drain dealing with their negligence. What was supposed to be a straight forward timing belt replacement, has turned into them lying to us and holding onto our car for over a month now. Not only will they not respond to calls, but they have lied saying "they needed a tool" and we have not heard from them since. They charged thousands for someone that should have been completed in a week and are not taking any accountability. We are now seeking legal advice because this has gotten out of hand and has caused us to rent vehicles, coming even more out of pocket. And the old owner has admitted that the crew made the car issues even worse than they were. If you care about your car, do not take it here.
