Our hotel recommended J Street for good pizza. We arrived on a busy night with standing room only inside. They were having live music. We sat outside and the service was quick at first but then we waited for almost an hour for our food. The appetizer came out 15 minutes after all of the main course was served. We had cheese breadsticks, a pizza, and BBQ nachos. Food was good. We would try it again, and hope for better service. read more

I'm not sure why this place gets such high ratings....low standards? The atmosphere is fun, small, and a small dining area. Service: Slow (and they weren't crowded) Food: OK bar food. The pizza was good, but everything else was subpar. It's ok. Drinks are ok. I think this is a great place for Perryville, but if you travel a lot or are from out of state, it's average, at best. read more

JStreet BrewCo is a great beer treasure in Perryville. Located in the historic downtown area, the street has cute lights strung across and good sidewalk outdoor seating area. Indoors, they have tall tables and about 8 of their brews on tap with cans of a few others available. They also have a wood fired pizza oven indoors so you always smell that delicious smell. I ordered a taster flight of 4 beers: Oktoberfest, mango ale, poblano pale ale, and batches be hazy. The Oktoberfest was really drinkable and the mango was super smooth. I would skip the hazy next time. The poblano pale ale was interesting because it had the spicy flavors on the sides of your tongue. We walked in here after the other restaurants on the square were packed. It was pretty empty at 12:45p on a Saturday. We ordered some drinks and it started the restaurant then started filling back up. Hint: they don't have frier (so you know your food won't be fried). Sandwiches and beer were really great - everyone loved what they got. The service was not super great though and brings down the rating. Our nachos sat on the counter for 10 minutes and the waitress was way over stacked and wasn't filling up our water. We ended up being here a lot longer than needed. read more

Not sure what happened here or when but guess they just couldn't make a go of it as a microbrewery. It's now some odd amalgamation of an 80s ish neon bingo bar and a menu that has no idea what it wants to be. not really sure what it is other than a hot mess IMO. Not for me but to each their own. This place is laid back and has an amazing atmosphere. The dim lighting and fantastic foods make it a must visit. I believe it's owned by the same owners of Mary Janes, so come here for a few drinks and an appetizer before you go next door. My wife and I make a date night of this place and love it. The flatbreads are the best I have ever eaten and the other food is just as great. If you enjoy tacos, this is the place in Perryville. read more

Met a very nice couple, and enjoyed passing the time visiting with them. Me and my husband found this place about a year ago. Ever since then I've made it my mission to tell everybody about it! Everything we've ordered from the menu has been amazing. The pizza is to die for! The crust is light, airy, and crispy from the brick oven they use. It's quite possibly the best pizza I've ever had! The beer is where it's at also! We randomly stopped in Perryville, MO on our way to Wisconsin and found this gem. They have SOLID beer, we really liked their Belgian Dark Wit and their Irish Red, and had live music going which was a treat for a Thursday. The bartender, Louis, was super knowledgeable about the beer scene and was fun to talk to. We definitely recommend and hope they start bottling/canning soon! read more

Excellent brewpub with great pizza oven-based menu. Food skews South of the border, and the tacos are good, if a little dry. Brews in late October 2017 are skewing brown and English, which is hard to do well and rare in today's market. The English mild, honey brown, English brown, dunkelweizen, and imperial Porter were quite good. read more

Let me start by saying that I'm not a beer snob and really don't care about the notes found in a brilliant porter. You won't find a beer review here. This is a pretty cool place with a good vibe. Small but not quaint with a typical exposed ductwork rustic but authentic feel. Menu good and the pepperoni pizza and Cuban sandwich were very good. Bourbon selection is very small and the pours were on the light side. The one downside was service waitress was pleasant but they needed a second person working the floor. Twenty minutes to get the check and get out when the place was about half empty. The place was definitely worth the stop and I'd probably give 3.5 stars if I could but also know the place is capable of a 4. read more

My husband and I are always looking for great breweries with a great product. We found it here. The villainous stout was one of the best I've ever had! Very smooth. My husband had the brown ale and enjoyed every sip. The wood fired pizza oven looked as if it would make a great pie, but unfortunately for us, we had already eaten. Dang!!!! Next time though... Attended the Luau with my wife and had a great time. If you get the Villainous Stout, make sure to drink it with food. As it was my first time here, I enjoyed that the table markers were famous celebrities. The vibe and decor suited the event well. Next time I come through I'll try the pizza.
