Given his stellar 5-star reviews we felt comfortable hiring F1. His quote was reasonable and though he wasn't available to come immediately, only a few days later. We originally agreed for him to visit on Friday but somehow he or his bro made a mistake and visited on Thursday, when no one was home at that time he came. He did come back on Friday at our scheduled time and fix the issue with the electric power snake. I wasn't present when he did it but someone else was in my place. He also didn't send a follow up text to tell me it's fixed, diagnoses, photos or how to prevent it. But at the same time, he's also patient and didn't ask me to pay until I prompted him several hours later asking about the status of the job. I suppose he's a busy man! Communication could be better, just keep in mind you may have to prompt him again to get your receipt later. What's important is that it's fixed and working properly.

He also advised that the kitchen sink was incorrectly installed by the former condo owner. He did a great job replacing it and removing as much of the incorrect caulk/glue as he could. We had to get rid of the old toilet ourselves but I think that's built into the cost since I was quoted at least $40 more by other plumbers who offered that service. Overall, I recommend Daniel's plumbing services. The sink and toilet are still working great.

They dug from back downspot to street, laid new piping, added stone by street and backfilled the dirt. Excellent. The cement side was a different issue. I dealt with Ed R. The cement work is subed. When the crew came to dig up the sidewalk I saw on ring camera that they did not remove one of the contracted pads (they were supposed to do 4 pads but only did 3). I contacted Ed R. while they were still at my house. Later that day the three pads were cemented in. That part of sidewalk was well done (even if not all pads were done). A month later a new crew came to dig up the fourth pad, they did mine and the neighbors. Horrible job. They stomped all over my new grass, The new pad near my other ones was too high so they leveled it down the last three inches but you can notice that it's not level, the pads by the grass are sloped down (maybe they didn't pour enough cement), not very smooth surface, and when they cleaned up they did it by my decorative curb (leaving stains on it). Communicaton with Ed R. was lacking.

Was told that service technician van broke down on day one and that they were running behind because of it, promised to have someone out got a call 1.5 hours later telling me they won't have anyone available to come out, wanted to reschedule appointment so I agreed, took a half day off of work and scheduled an appointment for the next day between 12:00-2:00. Low and behold they never showed up, I called company back to be informed that they were running at a full delay and that they promised they would have someone out today to fix it but no time frame, they called me back a couple hours later said still running behind but rest assured we will have someone one out tonight. Received a call back around 5:30ish and was told they won't have anyone to do the work tonight, asked for a manager and was hung up on. I called back spoke with manger Van and he told me that the guy who was scheduled to do my service left early and couldn't get anyone to take the job, was offered to reschedule and 10% of the service. Told him 10 % was unacceptable and he hung up on me after it told him to just cancel everything. Extremely unprofessional and nothing but lies come out of their mouths, would strongly recommend a different plumbing service as this was clearly a waste of my time.
