Clearly he knows that when someone calls him, they are stressed and he has this way of actually soothing their nerves without being condescending, which in my book is a real skill. Third, he is a very, very clear communicator. He's not going to talk over your head or try to impress you with big words - he meets you at your level. That is also a true skill. Fourth, he sets expectations on how long it will take him to finish the job. Huge points!! Fifth, his pricing is amazing. He is not out to gouge you... he's here to make an honest living. I can totally appreciate that. I am so happy to have found Justin. He is the real deal and I am never, ever, ever going to lose his number. When I dropped off our old Lenovo laptop with Justin I figured it was a lost cause. We couldn't…read moreeven get any sound to play, had glitches out the ying, yang basically couldn't even play solitaire on it. Justin had it for one day and was able to get the sound back on, and fixed a few glitches. After confirming with me, we ended up wiping the hard drive and came up with a plan that honestly I couldn't believe the was so affordable! He purchased some software that he quoted me, but in the end I didn't need - so the cost was even less. Oh and I had it back in 5 days, probably would have been sooner, but life got in the way (on my part). I was so pleased we gave him a small tip and will definitely be referring him to everyone I know for computer repairs in the future!! Thanks again Justin
