We found HomeVantage on Yelp, and then saw it was also on a list of recommendations from our Realtor. We called a few others before deciding on HomeVantage, and we are so glad we did. Travis was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and clear about the limitations of his services. I really liked that he got excited about the house with me, but stayed impartial about the results of the inspection. I also really appreciated him taking the time to show certain results that he thought should be followed up by specialists, and then explaining why he was concerned, what it could be, and why he couldn't say or do more about it. His rates are competative and his service is tops. We highly recommend Travis and HomeVantage!
