I was concerned that the pipes would freeze, although I had a gas fireplace to help with the inside temperature. Adam came out and diagnosed the faulty heat exchanger and explained, in depth, why the 9 year old furnace was not operating and could be dangerous. He walked me through what needed to be done and properly sized and installed a new furnace. He also connected some of the ductwork that was obstructed and/or not connected correctly. I am very grateful to Cooley Mechanical, Adam, and his crew, for the quick job that they did, the price, and the clean up afterward on such short notice.
