Then, the previous owner had some valves replaced, and when their service person pushed on some pvc pipes that weren't properly secured, he broke the system, which eroded my whole side yard, and sent water up against our foundation. After waiting for an hour after the appointment, they called and said they weren't going to service our address. I have had a nonfunctioning push button flusher on one of my toilets for some time and finally…read moredecided to do something about it. I was either getting it repaired or replacing the toilet. I went to my handy dandy guide Yelp to find a reputable plumber/plumbing company. I looked at a few companies and opted for WaterWork Plumbing based on their Yelp rating and location. They were rated a 4.0 out of 5. They were located in a neighboring city. I called on a Friday afternoon and was given an appointment for Monday. No problem! To my surprise, I received a callback that a plumber had become available and could come right then. I was excited to get my toilet situation addressed on the same day. Mark was the dispatched plumber. He was on-time, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to change my push button flusher to a traditional handle one. He also replaced the cap and hoses in the tank to prevent a future call. He even adjusted my water valve to the proper level to have the toilet fill back up quickly. At some point, someone had dialed down the water causing it to fill up slowly. Mark was the man for this day for me! It was the answer for the problem and he was able to eliminate future problems. This was worth every dime that was spent and they get five stars from me. I also have added them as a contact in my phone should I need their services again.

Chris is the owner and he explained things as he progressed along as well as answering any questions I had, plus it was just really nice visiting with him on other topics. They wore disposable booties, covered our newly tiled floors and cleaned up before leaving. Chris double and triple checked for any plumbing leaks before leaving as well. The invoice price was well within reason and the warranty on our disposal is fantastic.

The owner has a journeyman's license which doesn't allow him to legally own or operate a plumbing business in the state of Michigan. They were investigated by the state of Michigan for operating illegally and multiple counts of fraud have been added. Once their court date comes up they will be shut down. The work they did on my gf house was horrible. We had all the copper to do the repair. They used pex. Told me nobody does copper repairs anymore (lie), also said pex is better (lie), and pex lasts longer (lie). Come to find out that the work was done by 2 apprentices without any supervision from a journeyman or master plumber which is illegal. One of the workers wasnt even a licensed apprentice when he worked on my gf house. He got his license 7 days later! Stay far away from this company.
