My call was answered immediately and in less than half the time promised Chris C. arrived and began work. He promptly loaded the truck on his flatbed and hooked up to our trailer, brought it back to Alvarado and even parked it where we normally keep it. The price was VERY reasonable and the customer service was outstanding, they helped made a bad situation much easier to deal with. I highly recommend these guys and Chris was a good guy to deal and took great care with our truck and RV. 100% recommended! Stay safe out there gentlemen, that's a dangerous job. Thank you!

I went to a local Walmart and they refused to touch my vehicle based on where the nail was. Frustrated I searched for a mom and pop shop and came across Emilios. He was quick, the repair was solid and it was right at $20 for a flex patch. I made it to my destination safely. Emilios was a hero that day and I am grateful I came across this shop.

Now it is 3:00 and I'm still sitting here. I can't imagine I'll try them again. This is my first tire purchase away from a certain national chain since 1977. They really let me down last time so I decided I should move on. Sigh, lol. I finally got out at 3:35! I will add they seemed to be really short handed so I'm going to give them a pass this time. They are very nice people and I might try them again. If you're still reading, I'm raising my rating to 4 stars - they should let their customer know they're going to be there a long while - I would've given them a 5 had the wait fallen inside a normal time frame. Even the checkout time was extraordinarily long!
