We had a 5th wheel attachment in the trade that was NOT installed properly on the purchased vehicle. Almost resulted in a catastrophe trying to pull a camper because the attachment was not bolted to the bed of the truck properly. These people have no clue what the hell they're doing! Obviously! It looks nice but looks can be decieving the car was a lemon the same day I got it, it broke down on me halfway home and I had to get a tow truck. At the repair shop finding out that the engine is no good and being out of almost 4000.00 that I saved up to have a car to get back and forth to work in. Its really wrong and I bet I am not the first person this has happened to and they really shouldn't sale cars and mess people over like that. Im very upset I saved that money up for a min just to be screwed out of it. They should make some kind of law for for this situation or take away the license to sale cars. I should have walked away when the little suv I looked at there broke down as well. But taking people for their word, a sucker is born every minute and they made one out of me!!!! This is the slowest tire shop I've ever seen. They ordered…read moremy tires and they arrived ok. I got here at 11:15 a.m. and was told they were getting ready to close for lunch (12-1) and I'd have to come back at 1:00. I got back at 12:45 and was the first person in line when they reopened. Now it is 3:00 and I'm still sitting here. I can't imagine I'll try them again. This is my first tire purchase away from a certain national chain since 1977. They really let me down last time so I decided I should move on. Sigh, lol. I finally got out at 3:35! I will add they seemed to be really short handed so I'm going to give them a pass this time. They are very nice people and I might try them again. If you're still reading, I'm raising my rating to 4 stars - they should let their customer know they're going to be there a long while - I would've given them a 5 had the wait fallen inside a normal time frame. Even the checkout time was extraordinarily long!
