I noticed the man cleaned my windshield as the other man finished with the vehicle in front of mine. That was nice as there have been a lot of bug splatters on the highway. When you check in you receive a text informing you , and a link to where you can monitor the progress. The waiting room is no frills, but comfortable. Con out of $60 n his defense was he usually charged $125 an hour and he had to drive to me.

I have a code reader so I was able to tell Jesse the problem. He gave me directions to the shop and assured me he could help. He was able to take care of the problem right away. (He also fixed two loose hubcaps while I was there!) Ten miles down the road, the problem returned. I called Jesse. He told me to stay put and he came to me on the side of the highway. There were no codes this time and no check engine light. We both pulled off the highway to a safer location. Jesse did a test drive along with some research on line and determined that it was a fuel issue this time. I went to the closest gas station to refuel. In my opinion, Jesse "saved the day"; he was kind and professional. His fee was very reasonable and he was determined to help me get back on the road.
