We passed this location a few hours before and asked my husband to stop here before heading home. (Mind you, there are a few tire shops around this area) John was so helpful, turns out it was a tiny rock stuck behind the break disk and a piece of metal. John took the tire off for us and found the tiny rock and sent us in our way. It's nice to have someone take care of your problem and not up-charge us for a service that we didn't get; like you would expect from corporate tire shops. When asked for proof, the shop refused to provide a receipt from O'Reilly Auto Parts, claiming that was the price they paid. To verify, we went directly to O'Reilly ourselves and confirmed the real price was significantly cheaper than what this shop charged. That alone is unacceptable. When this was brought up, they denied any wrongdoing and would not explain the price difference. And asked to speak directly to the owner David, this experience felt misleading and untrustworthy. I would not recommend this shop. Be very careful, ask for receipts, and verify prices before agreeing to any work.
