If I could give a zero, I would. I received a low battery warning while driv8ng down I-35 and my…read morevehicle shut off immediately after that. Luckily, I was able to make it to the shoulder. I put in a request for roadside assistance and was advised this business would arrive in approximately 10-40 minutes which they did. However, my issue with them came from him refusing to look at my battery and only concentrating on something else. After several failed attempts of him trying to recharge whatever he was working on, I asked him to please look at the battery as this was the warning light that came on. He refused again. He told me I needed to let my engine cool off (about another 5 hrs) and if that didn't work then to call a tow truck and he left. He left!! Thankfully, I have family less than an hour from where I broke down. They came and got me, got my battery, and we took it to a nearby auto parts store. Guess what? My battery was completely dead. I bought a new battery, put it in, and was on my way. If he would have checked my battery, he would not be receiving this negative review. Maybe next time consider all the options before leaving someone stranded on a very busy interstate in the sweltering heat with very little water.​
