First time getting it my hood latch wasn't installed or even given to me I had to go home and install it myself because they couldn't figure out how to lower 2 rubber stoppers so the hood will close wow ! Then my back passenger pillar was just hanging out and my radio was not working and to have an even worse experience they used my jumper I had in my car multiple time all scuffed and dented that I bought brand new . After having it for a week my driver door molding flew off on the highway scratching my door and roof . They could have just sprayed over it and got a good seal but they took the extra time to repair it and make sure it was top notch. I now have a better looking, stronger and easier to maintain roof than the original factory installed one. They also relocated my solar panel to make room for an additional AC installation.
