Was immediately put in a bay. 3 loves employees present, never saw a service truck move. I did see a man with his feet up, someone outside wandering around and soneone messing atound at the service desk. After an hour i asked the guy at the desk how long he'd been on hold with crst(often happens), he replied he was about to start on my trailer. I gave him another 15mins, told him i was leaving and got my key. Went to the loves in Italy-was in and out in an hour.
