Derrick was 30 min early nice clean and professionally done. beautiful work! Would be calling him back For next tow.

Marshall with BMW Tire and Towing towed my truck early Monday morning and provided excellent service from start to finish. He showed up with a great attitude, presented himself professionally, and took great care in getting my truck loaded and towed safely. It's not easy being stranded that early in the morning, but Marshall made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall excellent customer service . I highly recommend Marshall and BMW Tire and Towing! read more

It took a bit for them to get to me, but I was kept informed about the delay. It was high call volume. Once Jamii arrived he had the problem diagnosed and fixed so fast. He reset all my stuff that runs on the battery and had me on my way in a little over 30 minutes. Super nice guy too. Thanks, Jamii!! read more

flat tire on I-45 north of Corsicana, it was rainy and lots of traffic, older woman traveling alone. Tracy came very quickly (and thankfully the rain had stopped while he was changing the tire). he also told me about a wreck that had happened and gave me a different route to my destination. Top Notch Service!! Well worth the value. read more

I really appreciate the response time and the young guy who put our rental on his truck and delivered us to the local Enterprise office. Very frustrated with a support phone line and he was great and helped a lot. I lost my receipt and Charlotte was patient and very personable, immediately sent me another. Hopefully you never break down in a travel lane in Corsicana TX. Call these folks and relax. read more

i have used Nathan with B&W for two tows of my customized car that sits very low. Both times, he went the extra mile to ensure that my vehicle was well taken care of and loaded without a scratch or scrape. I appreciate a company that takes care of their customers and treats the vehicles the way they would their own. I would use Nathan with B&W anytime I am in a jam and need a tow without hesitation. read more

OMG THEY ARE TERRIBLE WITH PRICING .my car got towed and they charged me 500 to get it out the next day

Referred here by a friend for maintenance on my old Ford F-150. Eric is one of the most honest men I've worked with and has some of the best men working with him. Brady is an extremely meticulous mechanic and truly skilled in his craft. Never had any issues and resolved any problem I've thrown at them. Highly recommend without hesitation. read more

So thankful for the awesome service. I was in a rental car, 2000 miles from home, sitting on the side of the interstate with a flat tire. Even though I was 35 miles away, they reached me very quickly and were able to remove the tire and fix it on the side of the road. Thank you for your kindness. read more

Amazing place! Best company in town hands down! They will work with on everything and explain everything you need to know. The mechanic is amazing too. He's the only one that works on all my vehicles. read more

We had a blow out driving between Dallas and Houston, miles from nowhere. We thought the ball joint was cracked and it wasn't drivable. We called B&W and they said they could tow it to their shop and fix it for us. Once they showed up they said it was just a flat tire problem, nothing else broken. They fixed it for us and got us back on the road. Great and friendly service. Highly recommended. read more

My F250 truck broke down 18 miles west Corsicana. My husband and I were pulling a 27' trailer as well. We called B & W Tire & Towing. It took only 30 minutes for the two tow trucks to arrive. They towed our truck and trailer to their shop. The guy who towed the truck and the guy that towed the trailer were very friendly and professional. The owner/manager (Eric) at the shop was nice, professional and immediately went to work on our truck. He knew we were in crisis being out of towners. Our truck was repaired in only 90 minutes (included part delivery). The pricing was very reasonable. We might not have the opportunity to visit B & W Tire & Towing again but I want to let other out of towners know that these guys are fantastic. read more

Worst car service ever. First told us it was gonna cost $400 to tow our car on site, then changed it to $758 after getting it towed, then to $550 after arguing saying they are giving us a "discount." They called the cops on us and even the police, THE CHEIF OF POLICE to be exact confirmed they said $400. Should've used a more qualified or more trustworthy service. For real trying to scam us. read more

Really great, confidence-inspiring towing service. I'm always nervous to have my vehicle towed and Nathan from B&W couldn't have been more careful, safe, professional, and very friendly to boot. He was quick and efficient and communicated well which I very much appreciated. I couldn't travel to where my car was being taken but they even provided a photo as evidence that it had arrived safely! Thank you! read more

Eric and his guys are top notch! Super intelligent about Ford Super Duties! I use them on all my mechanical issues, great people!

Racist. Unapologetically racist. Location: Waxahachie A driver for B & W Tire & Towing inc. towed my car to a shop on Saturday. I was traveling with my black student and her mother. I am also a person of color. My car stopped on the highway in a town that I don't know. Since I had a student with me, safety was my number one priority. I asked the driver what the town was like, and if we'd be ok. The driver then responded that this part of town is quite safe because there are "rich white people" living in nice houses, and that I was in good hands because the shop he was taking me to was run by white people. When we asked him why color would matter, he responded that their color speaks to the quality of their work. Hoping that this was an isolated incident, I called B & W and asked for the owner or manager. After a few days without an answer, I called back and was able to speak with Eric. I told Eric what happened, and he actually asked me what racist event occurred. Eric did not seem to understand why this incident was taken as racist. I once again explained the events to him. Eric was unapologetic. He then cut me off, and was quite rude by the end of the phone conversation. I tried to give this company a second chance by calling and speaking with the owner. So disappointing. Seems that bigotry and racism may not be isolated to one person in this company. read more

AAA let us down and left us stranded. A young man from B&W Towing came to our rescue. They take forever for roadside assistance. I mean forever !!! If you can talk to your roadside operator don't let them pick them.

Terrible service. I request roadside assistance through AAA to assist with a flat tire. I received an immediate response from B&W, stating they would be there in 15 mins. After 1 hour waiting and no one arriving, AAA called to tell me B&W couldn't change my flat and it was not a qualified service. I am not sure how B&W determined that since they never even showed up. read more

Horrible company. Called them at 8:30 pm to come unlock our car that was at Walmart parking lot. And two hours later they still had not showed up.
