I noticed the man cleaned my windshield as the other man finished with the vehicle in front of mine. That was nice as there have been a lot of bug splatters on the highway. When you check in you receive a text informing you , and a link to where you can monitor the progress. The waiting room is no frills, but comfortable. The employees were courteous and did a great job.

This is the slowest tire shop I've ever seen. They ordered…read moremy tires and they arrived ok. I got here at 11:15 a.m. and was told they were getting ready to close for lunch (12-1) and I'd have to come back at 1:00. I got back at 12:45 and was the first person in line when they reopened. Now it is 3:00 and I'm still sitting here. I can't imagine I'll try them again. This is my first tire purchase away from a certain national chain since 1977. They really let me down last time so I decided I should move on. Sigh, lol. I finally got out at 3:35! I will add they seemed to be really short handed so I'm going to give them a pass this time. They are very nice people and I might try them again. If you're still reading, I'm raising my rating to 4 stars - they should let their customer know they're going to be there a long while - I would've given them a 5 had the wait fallen inside a normal time frame.
