I noticed the man cleaned my windshield as the other man finished with the vehicle in front of mine. That was nice as there have been a lot of bug splatters on the highway. When you check in you receive a text informing you , and a link to where you can monitor the progress. The waiting room is no frills, but comfortable. This is the slowest tire shop I've ever seen. They ordered…read moremy tires and they arrived ok. I got here at 11:15 a.m. and was told they were getting ready to close for lunch (12-1) and I'd have to come back at 1:00. I got back at 12:45 and was the first person in line when they reopened. Now it is 3:00 and I'm still sitting here. I can't imagine I'll try them again. This is my first tire purchase away from a certain national chain since 1977. They really let me down last time so I decided I should move on. Sigh, lol. I finally got out at 3:35! I will add they seemed to be really short handed so I'm going to give them a pass this time. They are very nice people and I might try them again. If you're still reading, I'm raising my rating to 4 stars - they should let their customer know they're going to be there a long while - I would've given them a 5 had the wait fallen inside a normal time frame.
