My name is John Curtis.i live in Whitney Tx.i recently moved from Waco to white bluff resort at Lake Whitney.To make my moving A little easier I bought a 24 ft International Box Truck.i had made numerous trips from Waco to Whitney and Return.on one of my trips back to Waco I got 2 miles out of Whitney on 933 and the right passenger side front hub almost came completely off the truck.The hub uses 90 wt gear oil to lubricant the bearings.i didn't know this.well guess what the bearings burnt up.i had the truck tolled to Auto Work in Whitney.The owner Mark worked with me for 3 weeks.he let me get my own parts.This man could not have been nicer.Mark is not only a great guy but He has a shop that you can Eat of the Floor.The final bill was way below what I thought it should be.I will be living in Whitney for the rest of my Life.i will go out of my way to Help Mark and Auto Work out.please if you have any Auto related problems do yourself a favor and go to AutoWork . read more

I've been in Whitney for a few weeks in a local campground and even though I will not have the opportunity to be a repeat customer, I am happy to recommend Auto Worx to anyone needing service on their vehicles. They were very helpful with a tire puncture repair and did a good job of pointing out uneven wear that led me to further investigation for possible bigger problems. They also inspected my F-250 for possible problems after a Mesquite Ford dealer had suggested it needed repairs in the range of $1500! Since I hadn't had any issues that would lead me to believe repairs were needed, I wanted a second opinion. Auto Worx was able to get my truck in and check the so called problems. They found nothing. Sent car there with intermittent starting problem and blowing white smoke. They said there was a engine fault code and replaced the O2 sensor declared it fixed, despite still running rough. I checked for fault codes before sending it there; there were none. White smoke is caused by a blown gasket or cracked head. I knew that before sending it there and any mechanic worth his wrenches would have known that. Decided I was better off paying the bill and getting my car as far from these jokers as possible. read more
