These guys went out of their way to help us in a really bad situation and they charged us the minimum. The person who seemed to be in charge of the shop was very friendly and genuine.

I am in Orange County California and was looking for my dream car at a reasonable price…read more I searched through the web with car searching apps and found my dream car. Keep in mind there were NO pictures uploaded of the car yet. I went off the manufacturers window sticker which you can see under the carfax report. It had all that I wanted. I was contacted by Adrian! (the new kid on the block) Adrian was amazing. He was so nice. He even went and took pictures and 2 quick videos of the car. It only has 2,433! It is a red mist 2021 convertible Corvette with everything on it! Adrian, with the help of his manager Phillip made this process mind blowing easy. I believe their slogan is "Home of the nice guys". Boy was that right. With Phillip's help we hit the right price and made this happen. Adrian was the go to guy here. He was in constant communication with me whether via text or call. Even after the purchase was made! Phillip got that sales contract through online to me and I signed and sent the wire and bam 3 days later I had my Red Vette from Texas. Everything has been amazing! If anyone wants to buy a car from out of state these gentlemen made it so easy. I hired a shipping company and Adrian even shit a video on his cell while it was being loaded. These guys aren't salesmen they more like friends! Highly recommend this dealership if you want to buy a car and want to deal with nice guys. These two gentlemen were amazing!!!!!

We bought our truck brand new from this dealership, and my father-in-law did the same. Mason was…read moreincredibly helpful throughout the process, and my father-in-law specifically asked for him when he went in. However, our experience with the service department has been disappointing. Routine maintenance takes hours, and scheduling an appointment is nearly impossible. They claimed they were backed up for weeks, yet we managed to get into the Waco dealership the next day. We were given a callback number and told the service manager would contact us in about five minutes. After waiting an hour with no response, we reached out to Mason, who was once again attentive and tried to help resolve the issue. It wasn't until Mason contacted the service manager that we finally received a call, only to be met with rudeness and a complete lack of customer care. Unfortunately, this dealership can't have a team full of Masons, and the difference in service shows. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Waco dealership for service instead. For those of you that just bite your tongue and continue to patronize this place because the location is more convenient, I'm not joking when I say it was a world of a difference in Waco. Customer care is through the roof in their service department compared to here--just make the drive.

And then Bailey let me know that the business office could not do online inquiries on the weekend;although it was Friday 2pm apparently the business manager was booked up all Friday and would not ne able to look at my application and since I lived in Houston and they were in Dallas that I would need to come and apply in person in order for my Application to be looked at. Because they don't do online inquiries on the weekend.. and since I live 2 hours away in houston... I'm considered a online inquiry... so Saturday morning I get up 9am and go to houston. Get all the way there only to find out they'd sold the car Friday afternoon... around the same time me and Bailey were texting. She had the rest of the evening to let me know not to drive all the way to Dallas bc the car sold. But she didn't . I have a wasted inquiry on my credit. Do not do business with these people unless you're standing there looking at your vehicle. And even then. Ask again.

Robert has…read morebeen my ONLY Maserati Mechanic for over a Decade, He is very Honest courteous & friendly & goes the xtra mile for his customers. He has also been able to do a LOT of custom work to improve on the original Maserati design. He deserves all 5 stars YET , there is a reason why I anguish as to whether to gave him 4 or 5 stars as, unfortunately he recently stopped working on Maserati, & now is only working on Fiat, Ferrarri, Lamborghini & several other Italian cars brands besides Masterati. (If its not Italian dont even THINK about getting him to work on it) Some of the systems he repaired sometimes required multiple visits & repairs to get all the parts of working, but he was able to repair them properly, and he had the best results with custom work as that always seemed to be fast, quick & 100% fixed the first time whenever I had custom work done. For Fiat Ferrarri, Maserati Alfa & Lamborghini repairs there is no one better for the price & his prices are WAY below that of his competitors, he also has more parts & storage space than ANY mechanic I have ever dealt with in my entire life. If you have to leave your car for an extended period, to have major work done he has the space to store it securely while he works on it (He did EXTENSIVE engine work on my maserati for several months).

The second time I left my bike from a Wednesday to a Tuesday, six days, and nobody had even looked at it yet. The shop was full of bikes & four-wheel all-terrain vehicles, and I only saw two guys, one when I left my motorcycle, and another one when I went back to get it to take somewhere else because I needed it soon. I'm sure the work they do is good, because my first visit worked out well, and there's probably a reason all those vehicles were in there. And I think their prices are good, but I couldn't wait any longer. When I went inside the office to let the shop know I was there to get my bike (I'd called ahead), the owner said exactly five words the whole time I was there without so much as a hello: "The keys are in it." No "Sorry we couldn't help you this time," no "Come back & give us another try." No response when I said, "Thank you," as I walked into the garage to get my bike. Silence. No greeting, no smile, no goodbye, nothing. The outfit that didn't look at my bike in almost a week was mad at ME. Too bad because I had always thought highly of the owner's customer service, not to mention his motorcycle knowledge, when he worked elsewhere. That's why I came to his shop the first time. If you're not in a hurry and can afford to wait, I think you'll get a good deal.
