The key to an ATV was missing and weeks later I still haven't received it, even though they said they sent it. They didn't want to provide me with the FEIN Number so I could pay the Massachusetts taxes and register the ATV, it was just a lot of pressure. Chaotic customer service, no one knows absolutely anything and no one solves anything. I waited for the Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) for several weeks, even though they knew I needed it in order to finance the ATV I mentioned on the day of purchase, they sent it by plain mail, without a tracking number, it took weeks, a real catastrophe. If you have any sense and value serious advice, never, ever buy anything from this store, I sincerely hope I don't have any major problems, because they constantly change the information and procedures to charge more.

Mechanic brought mule out at 11:50. We were charged $420.00 for labor. The charge is $120.00 an hour. Called to complain and was told 2 mechanics worked on mule so had to pay for both. We will never recommend this dealership to anyone and we will never go back What a rip off.
