All of my wires are hooked to one battery when I have a total of 4 batteries for the setup, nothing was done right I'm still having problems with my system that they said they fixed to be optimal. They fixed one thing and that was my livewells but the circulation still isn't working, the "technicians" did work on my boat charged me for parts then proceeded to tell me that they added no new wires when in the invoice you can see for yourself. The "technicians" were rude, terrible customer service and the lady that answers the phone, " I'm assuming she's the wife to "Russel" had a terrible attitude, proceeded to talk under her breath an called me a slur after I got onto one of her sons for talking bad to me when he messed up the job. If it was a misunderstanding then fine but he was a very defensive and angry fellow if you say something about his work. Not professional at all. Overall the service was terrible, I waited about 2 weeks for a whole lot of nothing, just to have to bring it back and pay another $300. They say warranty on parts and labor but that's where they get you. I felt taking advantage of and treated differently than other clients I know that came here.
