Always proactive in taking care of our Regal boat and jet skis. We've worked them from technical work to winterizing for over 10 years! Literally, never disappointed on the quality of work, advice and cost. It's hard to find such - literally high quality care and experts in Mabank/GBC/Tool/Malakoff. Ashley and Tim are amazing! Today, Ashley took the time to negotiate with their Volvo Penta supplier to not WAY over pay for replacement parts. Saved us A lot- Again! We highly recommend them for literally anything to do with boats or skis.

I've had to come back 3 times, to get my stuff fixed. Every time they had their little son grab my…read moreboat and talk to me. All of my wires are hooked to one battery when I have a total of 4 batteries for the setup, nothing was done right I'm still having problems with my system that they said they fixed to be optimal. They fixed one thing and that was my livewells but the circulation still isn't working, the "technicians" did work on my boat charged me for parts then proceeded to tell me that they added no new wires when in the invoice you can see for yourself. The "technicians" were rude, terrible customer service and the lady that answers the phone, " I'm assuming she's the wife to "Russel" had a terrible attitude, proceeded to talk under her breath an called me a slur after I got onto one of her sons for talking bad to me when he messed up the job. If it was a misunderstanding then fine but he was a very defensive and angry fellow if you say something about his work. Not professional at all. Overall the service was terrible, I waited about 2 weeks for a whole lot of nothing, just to have to bring it back and pay another $300. They say warranty on parts and labor but that's where they get you. I felt taking advantage of and treated differently than other clients I know that came here. They still faced the same problems with service. I still gave them a chance out of good faith. Never again. Russel and Tyler were the only ones semi-professional. Also, went to get my wiring redone, they said I didn't want it replaced but on the invoice you can see "organized", definitely not.
