At 11:00 am, no one showed up or called. I called and requested an update. Later that day, the owner called me to tell me he was moving his office and could not make the appointment his office confirmed earlier that week. The owner then told me he would come by later that night or the next day. Neither happened and he never called me to tell me when he would be out. I texted the owners all day on Friday and Saturday morning to see whether they were coming and it was only when I was short with them on text that they actually called and let me know he had several other appointments and couldn't come.Why did you confirm the appointment if you couldn't come? Why are you moving your office on a day appointments were scheduled AND CONFIRMED. Basically, these guys stole $300 from me to tell me they would have to come back to repair the jet ski with no intention of doing so. CROOKS. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Great new repair shop for Cedar Creek Lake. My neighbor used them and referred them to me. I…read morerecently had my shift cable snap. Kyle and Wes promptly fixed the problem and completed some other overdue maintenance. When Kyle was returning the boat to my slip, he heard something that did not sound just right, so he pulled the boat out again to double check everything. Great service - great price.
