Always proactive in taking care of our Regal boat and jet skis. We've worked them from technical work to winterizing for over 10 years! Literally, never disappointed on the quality of work, advice and cost. It's hard to find such - literally high quality care and experts in Mabank/GBC/Tool/Malakoff. Ashley and Tim are amazing! Today, Ashley took the time to negotiate with their Volvo Penta supplier to not WAY over pay for replacement parts. Saved us A lot- Again! We highly recommend them for literally anything to do with boats or skis.

He went way over budget without telling me so I purchased an overpriced, no title camper, that was ruined by his work. He blocked me on FB from leaving a review. He does not stand by his work and charged me for the new glass and almost kicked me off his property when I tried to point out all that was wrong with his work. He preys on women with campers. So it was a little iffy to say the least but rosorio not only communicated effectively what she thought I needed or didn't need and explained and made me feel 1000% comfortable leaving her to alone at my home to do her magic. All of my questions were normal questions that a customer would want to know before hiring a cleaning company. Rocio told me that she received a lot of calls today with people asking her questions and that I was "being extra" for asking her questions! I told her I have every right as a customer to ask a business questions about service they provide before I spend my money on them, and I have never had a business decline to answer basic questions. She told me that if I called other companies and asked them the same questions they would hang up on me! Really?! I called other cleaners and they gladly answered my questions. I told her she must not want my business and that she's not the company for me. Honestly, I am still in shock that I had such an unpleasant conversation with a company that I was looking to hire to clean my home.
