Bait and switch tactics are alive and well here…read more Contacted Clifton Tire a few days back and told them that I had a tractor tire that had a screw in it and I could not get it to re seat onto the bead. They told me I could bring the tire in for them to repair and that it would be $20. Took the tire in yesterday and gave it to them and then went for a bite to eat while they fixed it. Came back and had the windows down in the car and heard a female voice yell $40 as we pulled into the parking lot. Didn't think anything of it. They loaded the tire while my wife went in to pay. She came back and said we were charged $40. She went back in and spoke to the lady and was told they had to quote "take it apart". They never told me on the phone when I first called in that the tire repair could be either $20 or $40 if they had to "take it apart". And on top of being double charged for the tire repair, they kept my good metal valve stem cap from the tire and put on a cheap plastic cap. Never again will we go there and I will definitely steer people I know away from this place. It is unbelievable that they would do business like this in a small town. Just wanted to let people know that they practice this kind bait and switch and to be aware that they will quote one price over the phone and possibly charge you double after the repair. You may have won the battle Clifton Tire, but you lost the war.

Lovely lady name Reanda working her butt off in this 98 degree heat greeted me very friendly and checked out my tires. Took her just few seconds found rear tire had a bubble. Within 10 minutes had my tire changed and on my way home. Thank you Clifton tires and extra thanks Reanda your a blessing and saved our trip.

I am in Orange County California and was looking for my dream car at a reasonable price…read more I searched through the web with car searching apps and found my dream car. Keep in mind there were NO pictures uploaded of the car yet. I went off the manufacturers window sticker which you can see under the carfax report. It had all that I wanted. I was contacted by Adrian! (the new kid on the block) Adrian was amazing. He was so nice. He even went and took pictures and 2 quick videos of the car. It only has 2,433! It is a red mist 2021 convertible Corvette with everything on it! Adrian, with the help of his manager Phillip made this process mind blowing easy. I believe their slogan is "Home of the nice guys". Boy was that right. With Phillip's help we hit the right price and made this happen. Adrian was the go to guy here. He was in constant communication with me whether via text or call. Even after the purchase was made! Phillip got that sales contract through online to me and I signed and sent the wire and bam 3 days later I had my Red Vette from Texas. Everything has been amazing! If anyone wants to buy a car from out of state these gentlemen made it so easy. I hired a shipping company and Adrian even shit a video on his cell while it was being loaded. These guys aren't salesmen they more like friends! Highly recommend this dealership if you want to buy a car and want to deal with nice guys. These two gentlemen were amazing!!!!!

Mason was…read moreincredibly helpful throughout the process, and my father-in-law specifically asked for him when he went in. However, our experience with the service department has been disappointing. Routine maintenance takes hours, and scheduling an appointment is nearly impossible. They claimed they were backed up for weeks, yet we managed to get into the Waco dealership the next day. We were given a callback number and told the service manager would contact us in about five minutes. After waiting an hour with no response, we reached out to Mason, who was once again attentive and tried to help resolve the issue. It wasn't until Mason contacted the service manager that we finally received a call, only to be met with rudeness and a complete lack of customer care. Unfortunately, this dealership can't have a team full of Masons, and the difference in service shows. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Waco dealership for service instead. For those of you that just bite your tongue and continue to patronize this place because the location is more convenient, I'm not joking when I say it was a world of a difference in Waco. Customer care is through the roof in their service department compared to here--just make the drive.

After a lot bruises, scraped knuckles, some blood, sweat and tears I gave up. I started looking for a mobile mechanic. I was worried about having to wait a week for someone to come out here. That's what happened with the last guy I called to help me in a similar situation. After not showing up, then rescheduling twice he finally got to my house. His own tools actually broke while he was using them and ended up borrowing some of mine. I wasn't looking forward to another experience like that one. And being female, I'm a little leery of letting someone else work on my vehicle. I've had some not so pleasant experiences with men who thought I was clueless. I got tired of the bs stories. I started do my own maintenance and repairs. I haven't paid anyone to do anything to any of my vehicles since 1996. I called a few mobile mechanics on the list before I got to Ryan's name. He's the only one who actually answered the phone. He told me he could be here in 40 minutes. I was ecstatic! He showed up when he said he would be here. He is very friendly, has the tools needed to do the job and gets it done right away. I'm especially happy to report that Ryan didn't try to tell me stories about problems I know I don't have! Six hours after talking to Ryan, I still hadn't heard back from anyone I reached out to before him. I was about to post this review when I got an impersonal text message from one of the other mechanics I reached out to. "I can come tomorrow if you haven't gotten it already." That's it. No name, no "Thank you for contacting me", "I'm sorry I missed your call"... I'm keeping Ryan's name and number in case I need help again. Thank you Ryan!

Paid my deposit and never heard from him again. After repeated messages to him, 3 days later he claims to have gotten the starter, but that it was used and he would need to reorder. Proceeds to reorder and then goes silent again. Only after I threatened legal action did I get a response, almost a week after I paid my deposit. After replacing the starter and doing the oil change the car stops working within a day. Towed it to a reputable mechanic who says that Ryan short changed the car 2 quarts of oil, causing irreparable crankshaft and cylinder misfires. Basically, the engine blew because there wasn't oil.
