I got here at 11:15 a.m. and was told they were getting ready to close for lunch (12-1) and I'd have to come back at 1:00. I got back at 12:45 and was the first person in line when they reopened. Now it is 3:00 and I'm still sitting here. I can't imagine I'll try them again. This is my first tire purchase away from a certain national chain since 1977. They really let me down last time so I decided I should move on. Sigh, lol. I finally got out at 3:35! I will add they seemed to be really short handed so I'm going to give them a pass this time. They are very nice people and I might try them again. If you're still reading, I'm raising my rating to 4 stars - they should let their customer know they're going to be there a long while - I would've given them a 5 had the wait fallen inside a normal time frame. Even the checkout time was extraordinarily long!

I went to a local Walmart and they refused to touch my vehicle based on where the nail was. Frustrated I searched for a mom and pop shop and came across Emilios. He was quick, the repair was solid and it was right at $20 for a flex patch. I made it to my destination safely. Emilios was a hero that day and I am grateful I came across this shop.
