Since install 4 years ago, had to have them come multiple times to fix their mistakes. Very hard to reach (months at a time) and even went to their office, which is scary enough, due to how it's very disheveled. Very bad customer service and total lack of professionalism. Broken promises and excuses. Even a little argumentative. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, it seems everything is good now after their last fix (gutter run was over flowing off the side right in front of our doors, due to lack of a good angle/slope) Product is good when installed properly. *Improve Customer Service and Service*

We reached out to them repeatedly if they would come out and look at it, and our requests were dismissed. I mean we did not expect free repair, which they probably should offer since their installation failed, but they would not even bother answering the phone let alone coming out to take a look. They don't take responsibility for the quality of their work. At this point we are unhappy with the quality and value of the service we have received.

John was awesome in helping me understand everything that would be involved and came in at the most reasonable price of the other estimates I got. I changed things up a few times and he was patient with accommodating the changes. Ruiz's team showed up on time as promised and worked hard to knock out our project on the timeline we were given. I cannot say enough good things about JV Roofing. It was an absolute pleasure working with them…read morefrom start to finish. From the moment I called, I felt taken care of. Within just a few days, they had someone on my roof performing a thorough inspection. My roof was nearly 30 years old, had multiple leaks, and several other issues. They walked me through everything they found, explained exactly how they planned to fix it, and answered every question I had. They are licensed, insured, and the roof comes with an extensive warranty. Citlaly arrived with samples of different roofing materials, colors, and underlayments. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between each option so I could make an informed decision. Everyone I dealt with was warm, professional, courteous, and genuinely pleasant. At no point did I ever feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. That same day, they provided me with an extremely detailed, itemized estimate outlining every aspect of the project. The pricing was very fair, and the scope of work actually exceeded my expectations. The only unknown was the amount of wood that might need to be replaced once the old roof was removed, which they explained upfront because it couldn't be determined beforehand. The entire process was incredibly convenient. All of the paperwork was handled electronically through e-signatures, making everything quick and easy. Once I approved the estimate, they had a crew on my roof within two weeks. The crew was phenomenal. They arrived on time every morning, worked incredibly hard throughout the day, and were always friendly and respectful. They would even smile and wave as I took my dogs outside. They were efficient, organized, and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. I work during the day, so they completed everything while I was gone. Every evening when I came home, the job site was spotless. Not just "picked up," it was immaculate. My driveway and backyard were actually cleaner than they were before the project started. One thing that really impressed me involved my security camera system. I had installed it myself, and the wiring was honestly a mess, with cables running across the roof and cameras mounted to the fascia boards. I fully expected them to ask me to remove everything or charge me extra to deal with it. Instead, they never even brought it up. They carefully worked around every wire, temporarily moved what they needed to, put everything back exactly where it belonged, and never charged me a penny extra. It was actually much neater when they finished. When they removed the old roof, they discovered quite a bit of dry rot. It looked to me like they replaced a significant amount of fascia and damaged wood. I was preparing myself for a surprise bill of $1,000 to $2,000 or more. Instead, they charged me exactly what they originally quoted, plus only $500 for all of the additional wood replacement, labor and painting which took them almost a full day. Another pleasant surprise was that they didn't ask for a deposit. I didn't pay a single dollar until the entire project was finished and I was satisfied with the work. They simply texted me a secure online payment link where I could pay by bank transfer or credit card. They even absorbed the credit card processing fee, which is almost unheard of on a project this size. Most importantly, the finished roof looks absolutely beautiful. I'm not a roofing expert, but I know quality craftsmanship when I see it. Everything is straight, clean, and perfectly aligned. The drip edge, flashing, corners, and overall attention to detail are outstanding. JV Roofing should be extremely proud of both their employees and the way they run their business. They are honest, fair, hardworking, and clearly take tremendous pride in their work. JV Roofing completely earned my trust. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing a new roof. I only wish every contractor operated with the same level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service. This company is an absolute gem. Thank you all so much!

I picked Jonn to be my contractor for a large whole house remodel costing some hundreds of…read morethousands of dollars (this was strip-to-the-studs and beyond, in Cambria, where code enforcement is strict). I was very pleased with Jonn. This was my fourth house project and I did not use an architect this time, only a structural engineer. Hence, I was looking for a contractor who would be flexible and could work with me. I expected to make design changes on the fly, and Jonn accommodated these nicely. He was very collaborative and change orders were charged only for incremental costs, not in penalty fashion or at punitive rates. Which was important, because I made a lot of changes. I found Jonn easy to work with, knowledgeable, timely, responsive, and committed. We encountered weather-related delays and unexpected problems; Jonn stuck with it throughout. Not least, when the project was complete and all bills paid, he still stayed in touch, and was just a text away to come and fix things when the inevitable small glitches occurred during the initial months of occupancy. Not many contractors meet that standard! Can I think of anything negative? All that comes to mind is to caution you that Jonn runs a relatively small outfit. He can't throw an army at a problem, nor can he command sub-contractors to jump to it or else. As a consequence, the job didn't always move as quickly as I might have hoped. But it all got done to spec, so this is a matter of adjusting your expectations. All in all, it was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend Jonn for construction jobs large and small.
