Our fencing arrived in July after a 5-month wait. We had no help from Ohana Exteriors in finding a contractor. No response to request for technological assistance (provided at no charge per purchase/work order) was provided either. No delivery receipt was given to us when the fencing materials arrived. It took a while to find a contractor by ourselves. The contractor inventoried the material, and it appears that some pieces needed for installation may be missing. There are also some pieces that may not be for our project. We asked for installation instructions. Nothing provided. Quick to take our money. Slow to provide good customer service.

ABSOLUTE WORST- DO NOT HIRE !! Do not believe the 5 star ratings- read the 1 stars & they all say…read morethe same truth. Elite Masons completely botched our huge driveway replacement & retaining wall. Unprofessional in every way: did not do code requirements for our driveway-no base rock, no rebar, no wire mesh was used for very large sloping driveway (started failing 1 month after it was laid), used untrained workers & no mason. They completely ruined the retaining wall using left over giant chunks from the previous driveway "so they could save themselves on cement costs- as Sione put it"- barley slapped on cement over the big chunks, didn't even smooth it out, and left it rough & incomplete. They improperly poured the whole huge driveway in less than an hour,which is crazy, and Sione used it as a "teaching excercise". Then they used many different kinds/batches of cement mixed in buckets to fix all the swooping, wavy, & uneven problems-making it look like horrible patchwork all over, and they splattered cement all over the house walls & on our brand new front windows (didnt even clean up) that I am still trying to remove. Unsupervised workers were just dropped off each day with no idea what to do that day and they literally broke or wrecked something every single day (we documented it). Within 2 weeks there were small cracks all over, in less than a month giant full length fissure cracks appeared throughout the driveway, it is breaking into pieces, and caving in some areas. Also workers were left late each night at our house & Sione would guilt us and request us to make cash payments directly to his workers left there. Towards the end we had no money left to withhold to get them to come back to make the repairs, and they left cement, cement chunks, cigarette butts, bottles and cans all over our entire front lawn. Sione & Elite Masons have not responded to messages or calls requesting to fix the problems. So we have been left out of money and with a huge failing driveway. These are just a few of the problems- there were so many many more! Do not hire- you will regret it.

Elite provided a prompt estimate and the team have carefully trenched the floor so the plumbing could be completed. Understandable now that he has to do this because he can't get work through platforms like these where people share about their crappy work.

We interviewed several contractors and decided on Tal Builders. Tal Builders was able to get us an emergency permit to extend the roof to alleviate this problem. They helped us through the permitting process; provided in-house designs with drawings and made us feel confident it would be exactly as we wanted. We even added a staircase to the project, to give us access to the upper deck from our backyard. Due to the strict requirements of our HOA, there were some minor delays due to sourcing materials and reconfiguring some items. but Tal Builders stuck to it with us to ensure it was completed to our satisfaction. Tal Builders workers are honest and creative, and their carpenters work to a very high standard of workmanship. Our roof extension, new staircase and newly tiled project turned out great!
