The sales person I worked with is Dorian . Yes he was very nice and a good sales person ( in the beginning) .. knows his stuff and came by personally to check out my window layout . I put in my order just before New Years . I was notified in April that it might come in .. in May . Did not hear any updated news so I contacted the office . Did not come in till June and finally installed in July. I was pleased with the installation crew but they were missing two screens and the order was not 100% correct so I brought it to Dorian attention. ( the window openings) Two weeks went by .. then three weeks then four weeks and still no word about the missing screens . Finally I contacted the office and they said it came in and finally installed late August . But no one called me to update me on the screens . And although Dorian said he will check on the order where we had miscommunication on the window configuration ... He never got back to me . Typical sales ... he got the sale and the money and then they ghost you . I'm not sure if I could recommend them . Diamond Head gave better service and follow up although they were priced a little higher but I was trying to save some money since we're seniors with a fix income . (For the record.. I did the first half of the house with Diamond Head windows .)

Did not want the original design or material as we thought it flawed. DWD came out with the best price, design, and materials of the bunch. Took forever and a day for the windows to arrive from CA because of material tarrifs, etc. However, once they came and the weather allowed, Dave came and did a fantastic installation! Cannot find a generic window screen to accommodate this size, so I began contacting window companies to see if they could help.....and most could not. I called KKTF and got one of those outgoing announcement answering device that informs you that if you want to leave a message for ...... press 1, or if you want to leave a message for ..... press 2........but, as it continued, I hung up and decided I would call back, and perhaps get lucky with a real person. 5 minutes later, I receive a message on my phone screen "Aloha....Leana from KKTF Hawaii. I received a missed call from this number along with a voicemail but no message.... is there something I can help you with?" I immediately thought this woman missed a career working for the FBI tracking down criminals. But, I did call her back and gave her my situation, and she said she could send somebody out to do measurements, and set an appointment up for the following morning at 9 AM with Sam. Sam showed up on time, took the measurements and within a week I received a quote along with another neighbor in my building. I was informed by Leana if we both had our installation on the same day we would save ourselves $50 each. Bingo! Upon completion, Sam arrived and because there was no prototype for me to reference how the screens might look, I was pleasantly surprised of how beautiful they turned out. Kudos to to Leana, because she always returned a call quickly, and always professional and kind. I did call her the day after the install and finally asked why is the business called KKTF....(which, honestly makes no sense to me, but what the hell do I know?) KKTF are the initials to the owners sons name.

The panes of glass wouldn't stay in and the cranks would work well or at all. I called another window company first and they said that jalousies couldn't be fixed, that entire window had to be replaced. The price tag was huge. Then I found KKTF. They came and did an estimate that was reasonable and were able to come within my timeframe. I started with just one set of windows as I was leaving on vacation. They did such a great job, I had them come back and do the rest of the apartment. It is like I have all new windows! Fantastic! I highly recommend them. They are cleaning and repainting the window trim as I'm writing this. Happy since we just had the house repainted 4 years ago. I originally chose this company for the lifetime guarantee and quality of these windows. We do love the windows for the past 9 years.
