George on the other hand, called me the same day and stopped by my house soon after to take some measurements. He provided me with a quote with all costs broken down. He waited patiently while I collected other quotes and discussed with my husband. We went with George because of his excellent communication, he showed us plans/what to expect, and is honest. George and his assistant Saul did an terrific job on our railing project. They showed up on time, on the day they said they were going to be at our house, and completed the project in a timely manner. We are thrilled with the result! People think we had the railing there all along, and it is sturdy, functional, and looks great! Mahalo George!

It has never looked so good after painting. As you can see from the photos, the fence has spearheads, balls, and multiple rails, making the painting process more difficult. 808 F&R carefully prepared the fence, removing rust bubbles and grinding down the the metal where needed. We flew over from California for a couple of weeks. 808 F&R was able to start and complete the job while we were on Oahu. Vinyl Tech & Masonry installed a fence for us about a year and a half ago and we continue to be…read moreblown away by their service, professionalism, and the quality of their work. Speaking with Parris and getting the initial quote was a quick and easy process. Parris and his guys completed the paperwork we needed for HOA approval without issue, and installation happened quickly after our HOA gave us the go ahead. The installation itself was also completed quickly (2-3 days of work if I recall) and the best part other than the quality of the fence was that the way they install the fence posts leaves your yard looking exactly as it was before--no giant holes or dirt piles left behind. A few months ago, we needed a repair due to our landscapers accidentally shooting a rock through a fence panel. Parris was quick to respond and had his guys out there the next day to complete the repair at a reasonable price. They even noticed our gate wasn't shutting properly and made some adjustments on the spot at no additional cost without us asking. Most recently, we installed some pavers that went under our gate and needed some adjustments to be made to the height of the gate so the gate could close over the pavers. Again, Parris and his team were out quickly to make the changes we needed to our gate, and we couldn't be happier! Yes, you can find other companies to install vinyl fencing for less money. That being said, my husband and I would make the same decision over and over again to go with Vinyl Tech & Masonry because of their professionalism and the quality of their work. They clearly stand by their work and want to make sure their customers are happy. In my opinion when you're spending thousands of dollars on a fence install, it's well worth it to invest in a company that clearly cares about their customer's satisfaction.

After two weeks of silence I finally received this response via email: "My project manager told me he already gave you a price and that you are just looking". Okay then. I will take my nice green money elsewhere. What a waste of my time. I happen to be a project manager too and if I ran my projects like this I wouldn't have a job for very long.

Hiring this company for our fence installation was a huge mistake. Communication was nonexistent…read morefrom the start -- no updates, no scheduling info, and no adherence to a time line. First we were quoted with 2-3 days. Day 3 came around and the crew didn't show up until 2pm and after a few hours left without a word. 3 days and still an incomplete fence. When calling the foreman who was supposedly in charge of the crew, he had no idea they left! When I asked for an explanation, I was told they had "prior commitments"! The end result was 5 days and still a terrible job. They treated our property with no respect at all. They ruined parts of our yard during the installation and, unbelievably, cleaned concrete tools and dumped the waste directly onto our lawn. Now we're left with dead grass and hardened concrete patches that we have to deal with ourselves. No one followed up after the job, and no one seems to care that they left a mess behind. There are plastic shavings all over my yard from cutting material where my dogs are. Completely unprofessional from beginning to end. When all these issues were brought up to the manager Ryan, the excuses were never ending. Not once did he take accountability for the workmanship or customer service. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that actually communicates and respects your property.
