(Or at least, I don't think you can?) The other day I came in to get some non-school copies done. The guy working was helpful, even though he seemed to automatically resort to them making my copies instead of letting me use the self-service machines (which would have been even cheaper for me). Oh well. I got my file uploaded, sent it to the printer, picked out the color paper (which is what cost depends on), and printed my project on 7-cent green paper. It was a good experience and I was happy because the cost was cheaper than... the other place we've recently used for printing. Next time I'll have to remember to use the self-service, though, because I would have been able to use my Student Survival Kit coupon that would have lowered the per-page costs to 4 cents. (Both are cheap, but it adds up and I'd rather save some $ where I can!)

s e r v i c e: 5/5 I've been going here for the past 4-5…read moreyears because my biology professors always have us buy lab manuals from here. I go in and tell the employee I'm there to buy a lab manual for XYZ class. They always have them pre-printed so they just ring you up. This was the first time I purchased something outside of a lab manual. I wanted to print some invitations on card stock. I'd never done anything like this before so there were hiccups with my order. The employee was very patient and kind to me. He walked me through the entire printing process. He asked what paper I wanted, the dimensions, how many copies, and how to send them what I wanted to print. It took me a moment to format my initiations correctly for them to print, but he was very patient. Before printing on card stock, he printed my invitations on regular copy paper so that I could see what they looked like and make sure I was satisfied with how they looked. After my order was complete, he told me I could cut the invitations. Had he not told me this, I would have walked home and cut all my intimations by hand, struggling to cut straight lines. I appreciated him so much for letting me know they had a paper cutter! While I cut my paper, he made small talk, which was a nice way to end my experience! p r i c e: 5/5 It was between $19-$23 for 13 colored copies on card stock. p a r k i n g: 2/5 There is street parking in front and nearby, but I've found it very difficult to actually find parking. r a t i n g b r e a k d o w n 1: never ever again... 2: not very good, but at least something went right 3: average. 4: yummy, but something was lacking 5: everything was perfect! If you can't manage to run that and your operation one might start to question your staffing solutions and time management skills. It's hard to express the level of gratitude I feel for the team at Roy Law Group; especially my…read moreattorney Darrin Class, and his paralegal, Kali Mustafa. RLG is a small firm that specializes exclusively in disability insurance cases, and they know it inside and out. They seem to be very thoughtful about which cases they take on, which meant that I had very personalized support every step of the way. It never felt like they were too busy to respond, etc. It always felt like I was a priority to them. In fact, I was usually the one who took longer to reply. During the time I worked with them, I only ever had to speak with 2 people--my lawyer and his paralegal, which meant that communication was excellent, direct, and very personalized to my case. My attorney was also very supportive and I never felt pressured. I really appreciated that I felt supported in the decisions I made. I honestly don't know what I would've done if I hadn't found Roy Law Group. My advice: don't wait to reach out to them, the sooner they get involved, the better!

She introduced me to their unique firm model: "We hope you don't need our services, but if you do, we aim to alleviate your distress by managing the paperwork and the interactions with the insurance company, ensuring a smoother claims process ." Navigating the complexities of my claims was far from straightforward. My previous experience as an insurance agent made dealing with standard insurance practices somewhat familiar, yet being out of the field for several years and facing disabilities complicated matters significantly. I faced executive function challenges that transformed what was once an easy task into a daunting one. Many individuals underestimate the necessity of legal representation until they find themselves in a critical situation. I highly recommend reaching out to this firm, especially if you are a Washington State employee or affiliated with the University of Washington SEIU925. I've contacted several long-term disability firms before, only to find them dismissive and focused on profitability, where communication is limited to operators rather than legal experts. As a military veteran who has struggled with medical claims in the past, this firm stands out as my sole recommendation. I believe their expertise could extend beneficially into areas such as Privare-STD and LTD. I feel fortunate to have connected with Angela; knowing that the Roy Law Group will advocate for me in case my claims are denied or face challenges provides significant peace of mind. My endorsements are selective, and I don't easily offer my recommendations, but this team has truly impressed me. Vietnamese, and refugees or immigrant, friendly business. #ltd p.s.
