I've been meaning to try Angry Garlic for a while but haven't had the opportunity until now…read more Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Black Garlic Chicken and it was so moist and flavorful. We also ordered the Angry Garlic Bites as an app which was truly delicious as well. Our server Sierra was beyond attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Will definitely add this to our rotation of restaurants to take visitors!

When my son's game at a local indoor center ran over by almost 30 minutes, I called and told them we would be late. They accommodated us and seated us immediately upon arrival. About 10 minutes later, at 8pm, the live music started. It was wonderful music, but where we were seated was in front of the speakers and two of our party wear hearing aides. When it looked like we were going to have to cut our celebration short, our server, the wonderful Marcy, and another gentleman, worked to get us seating in the lower dining room in front. We were so grateful for the accommodations, and everyone was super nice about it. The food and drinks were outstanding, of course. Our party ordered the chicken bowl, the chippy chicken, the curd burger, a cheeseburger, and the turkey avocado. Everyone was silent as they ate! The service was friendly and impeccable (even when we really weren't being easy customers), and our night, which could have gone south so quickly, was made! And hopefully a younger, hipper crew moved into our table and enjoyed the wonderful music! The band was great and we really enjoyed it still from where we ended up! So cheers to the staff at AG! We will be back (and know where to ask to sit next time! Haha)!!

It had been many years if not decades since we had last visited the previous Jack's reef at their…read moreold location. We decided to take a road trip to check out the new Reef restaurant. The dining room was spacious and clean and bright as were the servers and the bartenders who expertly served us. They have a happy hour from 5 to 7 that varies each day so on this Thursday was half price on selected appetizers as well as $2.50 domestic select drafts. We got there about 10 after five and the bar quickly filled up, which seemed to be regulars, which was a good sign. We decided to linger a little bit over our first drinks and ordered deep fried cheese curds with a delicious margarita type tomato sauce. I had never had fried cheese curds and they were plentiful and came out steaming hot topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, unfortunately I did not take a picture as we were hungry and dove right in. When it was time for our second drink, I pondered over their wine list, but decided that with my Reuben and mac & cheese dinner a cold draft would suffice. My husband ordered the Philly cheesecake sandwich and onion rings. The mac & cheese and the onion rings were up charges of $2.50 and they were worth it. The cheesesteak sandwich was not shaved beef, but wonderfully thick pieces of beef on a perfectly toasted bun type with cheese and peppers. The onion rings were generous as well as crisp and not overly breaded. My Reuben was perfectly toasted on a delicious rye bread with just the right amount of sauce to not make it soggy. The star was their mac & cheese served in a steaming hot crock! It was creamy, not too cheesy, but cheesy enough to know that you were digging into a delicious bite of mac & cheese.. well done kitchen! All in all the meal was so large we could only eat half of it and brought it home for another day. We would certainly return as we enjoyed every bit of our evening. The patio looked invited and will be opening soon. They also have live entertainment to enjoy.

Probably because I'm not a snowmobiler, and this place had more sleds than cars parked. Place had a friendly feel, waitress was in training and did a great job, asked right off if we going to split checks and made sure the drinks kept coming. Had the special Philly Cheesesteak in a bread bowl and wasn't disappointed. If you're a snowmobiler or not looking for some comfort food in a relaxed atmosphere stop by "The Reef"!

The wait staff could not be more accommodating, providing us all with drinks as we arrived. They sliced up a huge cake for dessert and boxed up everything in take out containers. The food was outstanding with everyone, agreeing that their sauce is one of the best around. Several of our members from outside of Baldwinsville had never been here before and were wowed. The restaurant maintains a wonderful ambience. Staff go out of their way to set things up as requested and make sure everyone has a wonderful time. Thanks so much to everyone who helped us hold our annual luncheon for Baldwinsville Travelers Club today.

So well organized, heat maintained and as delicious, if not better than sitting down and enjoying our meal in the restaurant. I simply recommend eating here however you can and trying all the things. Enjoy!

I was not expecting them to be kid friendly, as they are a little more upscale, but they asked if we wanted a high chair and kids menu for our toddler! The dining room has clearly been upgraded recently and was beautiful! Our server explained the various menus and specials and quickly took our drink orders. However, service started to decline after this. We had ordered the warm bread basket, and never ended up getting it. By the time we realized they had forgotten about it, we didn't feel like it was worth it. Our salads and soups came out quickly, but everything else took a while. When we would finish one course, it would take 10-15 min to clear our empty plates. The waitress also didn't check in with us very often to see if we wanted to order more drinks. I will also say that more places should start bringing our young kids entrees before the adults. It can be very tough for a toddler to patiently wait 30 minutes for their food. Once we got our food, I will say everything was quite delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly and had excellent flavor. Portion sizes were also great. I did find an unmashed chunk in my whipped potatoes, but the taste made up for that. The kids mac and cheese was also delicious and the portion was huge! For dessert, we had the option of creme brûlée cheesecake or flourless chocolate torte. Both were decadent and a good way to end the meal. We definitely want to give this place another try, as the food was good. They just need to work out some kinks with their service.

I had a Winter White Cosmo; tart, tasty, and garnished with whole cranberries. Very pretty! My crab stuffed haddock was huge, served very hot, with a side of green beans and REAL mashed potatoes. The other two entrees - scallops (beautiful golden brown) on corn puree, and a half chicken with a side of mashed potatoes with sauerkraut and bacon mixed in. Delish! Service was good, lots of room between tables, very clean, live music. I thought the price was spot on.

Placed an order for takeout at 4:00 on a Monday. Was asked to hold for a couple minutes which was…read moreno big deal. I was told my order would be ready in about 25 minutes. I arrived about 5 minutes early and was greeted by the friendly staff member on the small takeout side of the restaurant. I paid, 39 dollars and change for a large specialty pizza and an order of wings, which I think is fair. I waited for my food to be ready and then waited till I arrived home to eat. The pizza was a large chicken wing pizza which was interesting, though not in a bad way. The pizza came in 12 very unevenly cut (triangle) slices. This doesn't bother me at all and in some respects could be a benefit for portion control. The pizza was cooked well and was perfectly taken out right before it would've been crispier than I like. There was a nice chew to the dough as well. Not quite thin crust. The chicken was well portioned and the Buffalo was just a standard mild sauce- I would've perferred hot but to each their own. The interesting inclusion was chopped celery atop the pizza. I've never seen this before but I admit it was a nice inclusion even though I was skeptical. It adds a nice texture to each bite. The sauce on the wings was hot bbq. Which again, wasn't as spicy as I would've liked but good nonetheless. The wings came in an order of 10 (booooooooo). I would've liked more sauce on the wings but I'm sure I could've asked for that. The ride home ensured the wings would not be very crispy- which I was fine with because I don't like super crispy wings. You may want to account for this if you are someone who loves super crispy wings. All in all, there's some things I'd do different if I order from Pizza Man again, but I was pleased with the meal.

I appreciated the nicely toasted bun. A little more sausage to cover the whole bun would have been nice. Also, it needed some kind of sauce to go with it. Perhaps a tomato sauce. Yes it had onions, peppers, and cheese on it. But is was dry as f. The 15 fries I received with it was a little meager. Janice ordered the fried mushrooms with a Texas horseradish sauce. The sauce and shrooms were great! ( sorry pic did not come out ) Dules ordered the mild boneless chicken wings. ( I hate that. Just identify as chicken nuggets!) They were pretty good as well! Crispy and saucy too. As many times as I've been here, I would say stick to ordering their wings and pizza. That's what they do best. Our waitress was attentive and friendly.
