Building a new home is a nightmare!!! Trying to find Companies that have excellent customer…read moreservices is extremely rare. Most companies I have dealt with have no follow thru, I was the one constantly calling them for updates. After I found a stone slab I went to Absolute for fabrication. I was greeted by Sara with a smile and interest in my project. She went above and beyond to help me with all aspects of my project even calling me after hours and weekends with updates. Also the owner Sander called me personally to assist with my delivery. To Sander, Sara and all the staff at Absolute, YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!! Thank you Debra Ross

Back I went to Absolute because everywhere else in the area for direct to consumer remnants just…read moresucks. Their prices are good for remnants and the responsiveness is excellent. Not to say I haven't had a few issues each time, however. The first major problem was documented in review 1. I made sure that I was CLEAR this time in the sink mounting. For reference, this piece of black honed granite for a a vanity console top, fabricated from a remnant for pickup (no install or measurement) is $750. Mitered edges are labor intensive and I get that. I was good with the price. My only issue is that one side is slightly longer than the other such that it doesn't sit flat on the console base. The measuring tape and level finally answered this for me. That said, I've gone months without a sink so I'm making this work and it's gorgeous.

Then they didn't have tools with them to do the job..........they had to borrow my tools ....WOW I guess I should send them a bill for tool rental... Bottom line if you expect a good job from professionals I would avoid this company. As the rest of my reviews which I have many looks at my reviews, I just tell the truth. I also do not promote other businesses on top of a review.

The counter in the kitchen is pulling away from the wall so I called Three Rivers Granite on November 29,2021 to explain what was happening and get an estimate to fix it. the office staff would never call back so each week I would call finally on December 21,2021 someone came out to check it and his comment to me was "If it had been done correctly I would not be here". I waited for a call from Three rivers granite but again they would never call back or have the estimate. Finally on January 19th I called and she gave me a price of $500. I told her I thought that was a little extreme and she said they couldn't be responsible for what the other company had done, I replied that they took over the business and they should have some responsibility. I believe they do not care about our problem and do not have the desire to help fix it. It took 2 months just to get that response I will never do business with Three Rivers Granite

Last time, we had our basement updated to a great bar and movie room. This time, we had Dan tackle our outdated fireplace, painting throughout the house, and two bathroom updates. Next time, if we decide to finish out the unfinished side of our basement or update our kitchen, we will definitely call Dan. In short, he can be counted on to do anything. He's responsive, friendly, and well priced. He may not be the least expensive, but he's certainly not the most expensive, and he and his crew do great work. They are respectful of your timelines and your space, and their final outcomes are impressive. I would recommend Dan for anything that needs doing. Dan and his crew are great!

I can't recommend him enough and have already sent several of my close friends his way! When we bought our house 5 years ago, we immediately recognized that the untouched basement had unlimited potential, and started dreaming of all of the possibilities. Finally this spring, we got quotes from 3 different contractors. Dan's price was reasonable and definite, and he showed that he wanted the business and could do the job. I was nervous that the basement wouldn't live up to my high expectations, but we took the leap of faith. I am SO GLAD we did. The job proceeded on schedule and on budget (at least on Dan's side - I went a little overboard on some of my choices of materials). Dan's employees and subcontractors are all polite and professional. Especially Pete, who I think is both an incredible carpenter with unmatched workmanship and also just one of the nicest, most caring guys you will ever meet. Dan and Pete brought my vision of a little Mouse House/Harry Potter nook under the stairs to life based on Pinterest photos and our shared drawings. We also did a secret room with a trick bookcase. Everyone who sees these rooms now is beyond impressed and wants to know my contractor's phone number. As a detail-oriented person (and an attorney), I had tons of "punch lists" and questions along the way. Dan received every single one of them with a smile and a positive attitude, which was so reassuring and made the whole experience so pleasant for me. He even welcomed my lists as a good way for us to stay in communication and keep track of all of the details. Ultimately, the job was completed in July of 2018, and I am thrilled to say that my basement dreams came true, exceeding all of my high expectations. All of the workmanship is top quality - the lines are straight, the cabinets are perfectly aligned, the doors are level, the electrical and plumbing and drywalling is all done right. If I find anything that needs to be adjusted, I know Dan will handle it. At this point, the only thing left for me to do is pay off my home equity loan and then hire Dan to update my upstairs kitchen and bathrooms. I can't wait.
